Other said:Why?
Me said:Yes,why?
Friend says:look at the story-Jack is Archie,Will is Tintin,Liz is Snowy, grandpa is Barbs,Rackham the red is Davey Jones, and the Thom-(p)sons are Pintel and Ragetti!''

Well, he sort of did deserve it, just a little bit. Will had everything that Davy wanted, but couldn't have. Will ended up all right, with a son, and a ship, and sort of kind of alive...ish. And Davy ends up dead, I wonder, who got the better end of that deal?
So did Calypso/Tia go back to ruling the seas? Or did she die?

Anie Surion, Yes it really is. Then again though Willabeth is pretty romantic all the way around (hearts Willabeth).
Yes she certainly is Very hard to forget. (nods) She was..uh....um...something else. lol
Thank you. Well, I kind of like the idea of Jack and Anna Maria too. However I think that I might prefer Anna Maria and Norrington though. (shrugs) She certainly needed some guy though and Jack would be a good match as well. (nods)
Very true and I do like what did happen. Pirates of the Caribbean is one of if not the (very) best movie(s) of all time. So I am certainly pleased with what did happen as well.
Ánië Súrion wrote: *cough* Kindly DO NOT mention the words "Will" and "doctor" in the same sentence...that tends to make me think things that I, as a "good" girl, would prefer not to think. And I think Jack wouldn't be a very good therapist, his only comments would be "Have some more rum."
I do not mean to intrude on your conversation. However I just had to say that the rum comment is one of the funniest things that I have ever heard! Nice one! (high fives Anie Surion) I could so see Jack telling some patient that. The patient would be lying on the sofa and tell this horrible, terrible, tradgic, heart wrenching, super sad story, and Jack would go, "Oh...well that is quite sad....have some more rum. That always helps me."
Ooh yes Will as a doctor... I could totally see our super cute Will in a white doctor's coat, holding a chart in his hand, and using a large vocabulary... . Okay that is it...I request that Orli's next role be as a doctor!
Taurquende, Thank you. Yes, Anna Maria would have to have more character devolpment before the coupling would be possable. (nods)
FaeEowynTonks, Sadly I have not read that book either. (sorry) However that conversation was quite funny. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Thanks you very much about the information about those guys, the voices of Timon and Pumba(for me they're the animal version of Legolas and Gimli )
Also thanks for your comforts ,the time was very tense with the earth-quaick ,but thank God they're alright .
Oh,well, the book is from the Adventures of Tintin,a series of comics(you can search in Internet ),about the adventures of a young boy(Tintin)with goofy hairdo and a cute little white dog(Snowy/Milou) .There is also a thread here in A-U,in the Michel Delving section(I started it).We can talk there about the series.
Yes,Annamaria was a cool character,I wonder what did the movie-makers think a let her off from the last movies..

ok LOL i HAVE to share this with everyone it's kind of embarrassing but i think it fits b/c it has to do with AWE. ok my school had a fall picnic today (instead of an actual school day. really stupid if you ask me *eyeroll*) and one of the events was a funny syncrinized swimming act that 6 members of a class and their sponsors would participate in and i was in it and my friend suggested "Hoist the Colours" for a song to do it to. OH MY GOODNESS it worked out soo well and it was so funny b/c we added swimming moves to it and it looked so funny. lol i loved it!

I know! I mean, she was on the Pearl with Jack and Gibbs and Marty and the rest... maybe Gibbs kicked her off.
That's neat! Maybe you guys should go in for a competition.

I really do not understand it either. I wish that they had not though. (sighs) However they did have some really good picures of the rest of the cast on the inside. So I supose that it all worked out in the end...it still would have been nice if the other characters had been on the cover though...lol...I can be quite picky sometimes. Yep, only about 45 more minutes until it becomes 93 days to go in the USA! thanks! yeah, sometimes people post left and right and it's like = like today I came on and you guys have totally run away with this! I don't know how I'll catch up! lol anyway, thanks for understanding! so do I, so do I. I know! I really love that one of Jack, Jones and Beckett from the "parlay" scene and Bill (Nighy) is yawning and Tom (Hollander sp?) is doing whatever he's doing. lol but the Will pics are all great too! I guess it did work out... I don't understand why they couldn't have used some of those pictures on the inside instead of that Jack one but oh well.... it's not picky, it's good taste. huzzah! The countdown continues! Ánië Súrion wrote: I hope not... (Huzzah for Taur! I've got my guy friend Devon in RL doing it too, just the other day I told him over email that my best girl friend said hi and he said "'Ello poppet!" ) Yeah. Usually it's random thoughts about the characters though, especially when a certain blacksmith-turned-pirate is onscreen. *cough* Kindly DO NOT mention the words "Will" and "doctor" in the same sentence...that tends to make me think things that I, as a "good" girl, would prefer not to think. And I think Jack wouldn't be a very good therapist, his only comments would be "Have some more rum." Ah, of course not. Anyway, I'm sure when Elizabeth finds out she'll be "a woman scorned, like which fury Hell hath no"...so I'll be dead, and therefore out of the running, anyway. *chickens out and runs just thinking about it* That's a very formidible force, eh? That concept is both awesome and freaky. Yes, it's the least we can do for him. Oh, um, I was joking...sort of. Okay, not really. I think I'll give the family a bit of time to get used to him (especially Uncle Cutler and Grandpa! ) but thanks for offering. lol you're gonna have everyone doing it before long, Anie! shame on you, you're a "bad" influence! lol (just joking! It'll be great when the whole forum or at least the whole AWE thread will be talking in PotC quotes lol) lol you're still luckier than I am... but my attention does sorta go back to the real world in Jack and Elizabeth scenes (although sometimes Jack's antics can be funny to watch and Elizabeth's not all bad and she can be good). Oh, well, I'm so sorry! I was just thinking of who your favorite (and mine) was and that he might (just might ) not run away when we came in the door. but anyway I'm sorry. but wouldn't he be a funny one? that's why I picked him to be that.... but you're right those would be almost the only comments from the great Jack Sparrow... "rum: the best way to treat any symptom in the known world. Use only as directed by Jack Sparrow and never take less than 2 jugs a day" lol very true... *smiles evilly at Anie* hey, Elizabeth, can I talk to you for a second? It has to do with Will and Anie! (although that might be cruel to Will too! ) "Indeed"! It's not anything I'd want to stand up against! exactly! Well, that's sorta how it came about that I married Cutler too (I "jokingly" told the family I was going to marry him just to see what their reactions would be and then I fell in love with him before I even knew it ) ok, well, I'm sure the family will love him (didn't I tell you it wouldn't be long before you found yourself the right guy? ) Taurquende wrote:  Well, great minds think alike, eh? exactly! lol although it was a little strange... Taurquende wrote: She was talking about on the island scene Will puts on his left boot, and then Elizabeth's shows up with the boot on her left leg... so Will has two left feet, see? How do you know that?! Well, I guess that explains it then! Oh, ok... I see. Well I really like learning about the clothes (and people and all that) from the 1700's so somewhere in all my readings of that time period I learned that... possibly when we visited Colonial Williamsburg. but isn't it neat (although it would‘ve been VERY uncomfortable)? (although that might be cruel to Will too! ) "Indeed"! It's not anything I'd want to stand up against! exactly! Well, that's sorta how it came about that I married Cutler too (I "jokingly" told the family I was going to marry him just to see what their reactions would be and then I fell in love with him before I even knew it ) ok, well, I'm sure the family will love him (didn't I tell you it wouldn't be long before you found yourself the right guy? ) *evil grin* That's my plan, don't you know? To TAKE OVER THE WORLD with POTC quotes! ...I mean, what evil plan? I don't know what you're talking about. Usually when it's a Jack and Elizabeth scene I'm yelling at the TV, "BE GOOD, LIZZY! Don't do it, don't do it!" So you're probalby better at sitting through them than I am. (She never listens to me, it's very annoying. ) Oh, no, it's okay, it was sort of funny. I didn't mind too much. True, he'd probably be a really good doctor, actually. He's sympathetic, patient, gentle...etc. Don't get me going! Yep...he could just pre-print "medication" instructions. Eep! And Elizabeth would be "a woman scorned, with fury like which Hell hath no" then! Erm..."where's my jar of dirt?!" If I may quote a completely different and much less serious movie... "Run away!!! Run away!!!" My, that will be a lovely story to tell your "children", won't it? "I only told my family I was going to marry your father to see what their reactions would be, but then I ended up falling for him anyway." Thanks for the vote of confidence, I think so far (except maybe Josh and Uncle Cutler) it's going all right. Calloniel (PD) wrote: And listen to this! I came up with who our eye doctor could be.... why, Ragetti, of course! lol
I love that idea! Good one, PD!

It seems that my last post hasn't been a big boom, maybe it's cause i'm talking off-topic,then if were going to talk about the Secret of The Unicorn let's talk about it in Michel Delving, aye, mate? (PS:They even sing about a bottle of Rum!)I only wanted to see your comments on my last post. After all, well, read my last post .
Oh ,well, life continues, and always look at the bright side of it!
I can imagine Willy as a doctor,Liza as a police(just like me! )and Jack,as a priest,jaja
Isn't it odd that sometimes you love a POTC like a family member?
Sometimes(many times!)I like Jack as a cousin,Liza as a sister,Will as a friend or big Bro,Barbs as my teacher in university or school,or grandpa, and Tia like an aunt!Well, may things .
