And with POTC, we know that Will, Elizabeth, Davy, and James are straight, anyway. (I can't speak for Jack, however... )

oh, I think I know what puzzle you're talking about... and I think I've finally figured out why I like buying things with more than just one character on them... because it's different if it has the whole cast on it, it's something kind of rare and there's a better chance it'll have a character who's more rare than the others on it... (although I do have enough things that have only Will on them )

Well, it really depends on what action figures you're talking about, Darky. The Disney Store ones = (IMO) especially the Will and Lizabeth ones... but Neca makes absolutely beautiful action figures that look almost just like them (you should see the Elizabeth one... or the Barbossa one even! they look JUST like them almost! The Norrie one I have isn't bad either). And Zizzle makes some that aren't too bad... The DMC Norrington is amazing... the Jacks aren't half bad either....

Oh, my gosh, Anie! I bought that very puzzle (it's a photomosaic puzzle ) from Target yesterday! And I finished it last night and did it again today (I know, I need a life ) so it was fairly easy... and it is one of the neatest puzzles I've ever seen... tiny CotBP pictures making up a big DMC picture.
My brother joked and asked me "wouldn't I rather have the one with only Jack on it?" I was like "no way!" things with more than one person on them attract me more than things with only one character on it... after all PotC should be dedicated to all of them... not just Jack.... or just Will... Even though I do have some things (ok, ok quite a few things) that have only Will on them.



You didn't offend me, Fae… I'm just sorry this stuff has to exist at all… *sigh* Ahhh, I understand perfectly now... I hate running across that stuff... but unfortunatly it's out there. (can you seriously imagine Elizabeth and Tia Dalma? Jack and Barbossa?! I mean come on! Let's get a grip here! ).... and I know we can't stop it but it gets annoying when these people pervert wonderful characters like these.... its so out of character and simply put it's wrong... *sighs* I try to avoid places like that... it gets upsetting that people can even imagine that kind of stuff with our good characters. but I'll stop there before I go to far... this is really a subject I feel passionatly about.

PotC has it all, doesn't it? It has everything you want out of a great movie. and it's got something for everyone.

Close enough (Gibbs and Jack actually). They're talking about the "drawring" of a key Jack's brought in the beginning of DMC. Oh, good, at least one of us thinks so.

I looked it up - they didn't write many sequels, not for Shrek and Aladdin anyway. I guess I was right. (They also did the story for National Treasure 2, which makes me excited. )

really? Awesome! I have an empty three-ring binder (or rather "did have" ) too... 'til this afternoon when (in my free time) I spiced it up a bit. I got Elizabeth's speech quote (the full, real thing (after listening to it on YouTube)) and I got a whole bunch of Lizabeth, William, James, Jack, Barbossa, Becky ect. pictures and decorated it and made it very nice on the computer with that speech on it... so now everyday I get to look at it. and by the end of the school year I'll have that speech memorized by heart.

yeah, I knew they were talking about that... just couldn't remember what came next. (give me some slack... it's been like 2 to 3 weeks since I've seen DMC )

it didn't seem like they wrote the Shrek sequels... maybe that's why I like the original Shrek a whole lot better than these other two... (really? they did! SQEEEE! that's awesomeness! I really can't wait to see NT2 now!)

I already have almost all the pictures picked out.... they're going to have one character from PotC in each one and one word by or below his/her name to describe something about them... is this making sense... .... anyway, here's what I've come up with:

Will Turner - Destiny *
Elizabeth Swann - Courage **
Jack Sparrow - Wit *
Captain Barbossa - Skill
Lord Beckett - power
James Norrington - hero **

* = sort of like
zero * = not too sure 'bout it

and then I haven't even considered Davy or Pintel and Ragetti....

so you guys got any good opinions on what it should say by any of these 8 (Pinny and Rags would go together ) characters?
