Yes, I think it's the best POTC cover. :D I love the colours as well, one half being green and other half being red. I like the fact Jack is at the front as well. ;)

Ah, I actually haven't listened to any of the POTC commentaries. I probably should though, lol.

I just hope there are deleted scenes (like did anyone ever mention Norrington again?!) and bloopers. I love the bloopers. :P

Does anyone have a large high quality/resolution image of the At World's End DVD cover?

And do we know what special features will appear on the 2-Disc DVD?

How large? I think there's a good-size one on Wikipedia...and I haven't seen any official special features yet, sorry. There was something on Wikipedia a few weeks ago but it got deleted so it probably wasn't all that valid.

You haven't?! :swoon: Don't you know Jack Davenport did one for CotBP with Keira? And Johnny and Gore did one too, and T&T? We got spoiled with commentaries on the first one, methinks. ;)

No, I know. Shame on me. I tend not to watch commentaries actually, mainly because I find them hard to sit through, especially if I've just spent 2 hours watching the actual film, and then I have to spend another 2 hours listening. :P And some of them are so boring and so unimformative you wonder why you bothered. :teehee:

Oh, lots of lovely features there. Hmm... no deleted scenes... could be an easter egg I suppose...

are there no commontaries or do we just not know who's doing them yet?
it'd be really nice to have one with all of the cast.....well...mainly the 3 main characters but anyone else too would be good but we have yet to have one with all 3 of them on there and i just think it would be cool.

 I agree with you, even though Dickens is my mortal enemy. :P Well, truthfully, all 3 trilogies (following me? LOTR, POTC, and Spidey) have those elements, don't they? I know what you mean though. Yeah, I would've gotten the Spidey calendar too but I barely convinced my mom to get me the POTC one, and even that's a Christmas present. :erm: Maybe I'll go back once I have money... (What, you don't think the Shrek movies are absolutely riveting?!)

Aye! You're still alive, that's all that matters. :P (Which makes me think of "We'll never survive!" "Nonsense, you're just saying that because no one ever has." Do you know what movie that's from?)

Do I? I'm not sure...I think I sold it, along with my marbles, on Ebay... :teehee: Aye aye, I agree!

*high fives back* Yeah, I got lucky. Otherwise I would've just wandered around, very bored, with no Will eye candy. :P At least you walked in during the beginning, and not the end, right? :) I was standing there going "OOH, shiny!!!" :D

(You're welcome. :))

I did, sorry I let that go...

lol thank you! And that really means something because I know how you feel about Mr. Dickens. lol ;) true, you're right I guess they all do... but, I dunno, they seem to be more evident in PotC. :P ok, I understand... I'm happy you at least got to get the PotC one... doesn't the July pic of Norrie=:drool:/:swoon:? (no, not really... the first Shrek was ok but the second one was just kinda you know and I have no clue about the third one.)

 yup! (hmmm, ummmm, no not really. It doesn't ring a bell. What movie is it from?)

 ooo, how much did you get for them? :P

good for you then! I guess I had other stuff I could've been looking for but oh well... (and actually I may have been stupid because while that was on the tv my mom told me she found Sleepy Hollow (the movie I had been looking for) but I sorta ignored her and told her I didn't want it right now.... :duh: too involved with DMC I guess... :erm: aye!

that's perfectly ok... at least we caught it before it slid into Davy Jones' Locker. ;)

aye, I agree with you, JF! I love the cover for this one too! Although I would like it better if Barbossa and Will and Lizzie were bigger and Sao Feng was replaced by Beckett or Jones. ;)

Wow? really? like Anie said you totally should! the CotBP one with Jack and Keira in it is hilarious!

hm, seems like I've seen this listed somewhere... :P anyway, thanks for posting it here! I am totally gonna get the 2 disc edition! (even though there are some things on it I could care less about ;)) but overall it seems like they're actually giving us some neat-o stuff unlike most of the 2 disc DMC edition. :P but still no deleted scenes? that's too bad... :( (hopefully the bloopers make up for it :teehee:)

aww, hopefully there's a commentary!!! :'( I agree, manwathiel, they should do one with the whole cast together! and I'd REALLY like something to do with Orli too... he's never in any commentaries... :erm: and if it actually had Tom in it that would be awesome!!! There's hardly a thing to do with Beckett (or an interview with Tom) anywhere despite him being one of the bigger characters in the films! :annoyed2: and I'd really like it if they had Jack in it too... :( I guess we can still hope!

 :bounce: btw, only 50 more days until Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is on dvd!!! :bounce:

Sorry, had to pop in and see what was going on. New computer problems so that explains the lack of Darky in the general forum area.

I just have to say, my friend got me the awesomest Davy Jones pen EVER. It did light up at one time, but it was from the dollar store so it broke. But anyways. It's pretty awesome.

ONly 50 days! Thats...such...a...long...time....!

Ooh, great work digging up the special features, ErulissëEnethNîn! Kinda sad there's no deleted scenes to be seen, but at least there's other cool stuff.

Quite a bundle. Except then I found more marbles, but I don't think they were mine... :teehee:

 That's funny! It's okay, Merry, I'm sure you'll find it again. You're excused because Pirates is interesting enough to divert anyone's attention from (most) other movies. ;)

Aye, that's true! I don't feel like going there again, savvy? :P

Yes,very good,thanks :-D
Spain is a beautiful country, but it's different from United States,France or Peru(each of them are different, but wonderful).I have also been in Belgium,Italy,Holland and a Caribbean island,Bon-air or something like that.

In Spain they also love POTC and LOTR,but, their(and our ;) )dream to meet one of our boys and girls,it's impossible.
They should have put a POTC or LOTR premier in Spain, too.

Anyway back to POTC subject..
The special features look awesome, and also the DVD cover, but the colours(green and red, right?)of it reminds me of the colours of the flag of Portugal...(or maybe not,pORTUGAL) :P But that's cool!

aye, "meltable" "indeed". :P how could I forget? ;) it tis what our dear William and James are, is it not? I thought it was MORE even last year with 3 Will pics, 3 Jack pics, and 3 Lizzie pics. so I guess I was the oppasite... I was rather unhappy seeing Elizabeth got more pages than Will. thank you! I'm happy you agree. Cutler was quite pleased about it when I told him of my plans. :P sure, if you want to you can. :)

(aye, you do! well, people tend to get scared of people who are just out having a good time with private jokes ect. my bro and I do that sometimes with PotC too. :P)

I totally agree there! One time just out of random I saw plastic underpants! :hide:  but, totally I should try it! :P
