^ LOL he mentioned at one point that Palin was "the most popular governor in America". I was like, who told him that? Palin herself? She might be the most well known right now, but she's not the most popular one.
Anyway, enough of that.
More election coverage.

Obama's victory speech.
Okay, this man single-handed restored my minor part of hope in America.

'Twas strangely compelling, seeing as how I have had nothing to do with it since it all started.
Pity whoever won was going to call on the UK to send more soldiers to fight a war they shouldn't be involved in.
I quite liked McCain's speech. He seemed sincere, so I wonder how they felt when they were booin his new president. Then it got all mushy at the end and he mentioned Palin and all she would do for Alaska. Yeah, drilling for oil and disregarding protective nature reserves for use of other crimes against the natural world. Alaska will love ya darlin'. So I'm glad I'm thousands of miles away.
I watched pretty much most of it. Albeit, during the early part of the day I avoided it and if and when I watched any coverage it was very brief. And I skipped around news channels quite a lot. I typically ended up on CNN.
And then at the elections result gathering/party I went to they had it on CNN. So I got to see the concession speech and Obama's victory speech or whatever you call it. XD I thought McCain's was very gracious and respectful. Obama's brought me to tears...
I don't know where McCain got his info on Palin supposedly being the most popular governor. Probably the most well known. Second to Arnold. But I gotta say, among political people and democrats, Montana's governor is kinda popular. Okay, maybe I'm biased. But not really, because after the DNC lots of people were talking about him. XD
But I hope Palin gets eaten by a polar bear that she thinks aren't in danger and it's okay to destroy their habitat.

US election
McCain's end speech was so... I dunno. I thought it was wonderful. I mean... Obama is an amazing public speaker, but... McCain seemed so honest and sincere.
Another election come and gone... Really, though, for all Canada's loud proclaimations of "Hocky first; American politics second", I've ebeen hearing/seeing so many people going Obama mad around here... Yelling, chanting... Kind weird, really... this is Canada...

"Bones - 4x08 - The Skull In The Sculpture"
OOOOOH. Exciting! Intern = evil. I don't know why they had to bring her back. Even though the end with her and Sweets was adorable.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK THOUGH!!! *coughBooth'sbrotherftw!cough*
And I watched the newest "Ghost Hunters". *SQUEE* at the Halloween recap! So epic. And then the new case was WICKED.

^I know, right? The new case was awesome! The freaking hanger flying in front of the camera!
Obviously, that's what I watched last.
And then before that, in History my teacher recorded all of the NBC coverage of the election, and we're going to spend the next week watching all of it. So I watched that today too.
I'm STOKED. Change I can believe in, indeed.
