I've really tried to watch it, but I'm just can't get into crime-scene type shows. I am happy it's doing well though and I hope it continues for many seasons. This is because David Boreanaz stars in it and as a hardcore Buffy & Angel fan, I like seeing actors from the shows succeed :P

Or the basketball episode where there pushed a "skull" with "brain matter" (aka ambrosia salad) into a grate and it exploded and the pink stuff went everywhere, even onto Cam.

How about the episode where they put spam into a tank of water and let sea monkeys eat it? :D

Nobody tell me what happens, we're an episode or 2 behind here *Cowers from nasty spoilers*

I love Zack and Jack's stunts, I loved Cam in one of them too: "Is that my Blender?"

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! *Runs in circles while screaming and crying hysterically*

I am EFFING PISSED. It is apparent that all of my favorite shows are trying to destroy their perfect casts. STOP RUINING MY PERFECTION.

[SPOILERS]

Allow me to repeat my comment from another thread:
I FREAKING HATE EVERYTHING.

I totally did not expect that. I was sure it was either Hodgins or Sweets... but Zack? Oh my god. HOW COULD SOMEONE SO ADORABLE BE A MURDERER? *Continues sobbing*

On the other hand, I totally understand his reasoning. Which scares me, but okay.

I don't know. I'm in shock. And I feel like a complete traitor because I'm so glad that it wasn't Hodgins or Sweets, but I love Zack so much too. Especially at the end where Bones is resting her head on Zack and he's crying... My heart was breaking that whole scene.

*Cries in a corner*

EDIT: Holy *beep*. I just looked back at the "Knight on the Grid" screencaps... It's so obvious.
Gormagon attacks:

Zack from similar angle:
http://www.bonesfansonline.com/gallery/ ... 080366.jpg
We were so distracted by all of the clues pointing to Sweets that everyone completely missed it.

*Gutted* This is not cool.

I knew it wasn't Hodgins, when the eyes turned to him. I thought it was Sweets (even though I was having trouble picturing him as Gormagon).

But Zack? W...T...F???

I feel bad for Brennan most of all.

Oh, and Booth... they start the episode attending his funeral, and then when they pan over to the guys in uniform... there's Booth. I was like, what the heck are they doing? And then there's a dummy in the casket, lol. Ahh, the dynamics of Booth and Bones.

[more spoilers]
I was fairly sure it wasn't Hodgins... And then he was acting all creepy and drugging Zack and my mother was chanting "It's him" over and over under her breath. This is going to sound really lame, but Hodgins just doesn't have evil eyes. There was one close up of him in the hospital and I was convinced that it was impossible for him to be evil. I mentioned this and mother, who had thoroughly convinced herself that she was right, just murmured
"But sometimes his eyes look hollow..."

Yeah. We get wrapped up in our TV shows at my house.

The beginning was weird, as I already knew he wasn't dead, so it was like... what? Though I LOVED when Bones whacked the criminal with the fake limb and then socked booth a good one.

That and the bathtub scene were pure gold.

OMG yes, to both. Bones just up and grabs a fake arm and hits the guy.

And Brennan barging in on Booth taking a bath... and him standing up nekkid in front of her. That'll have the fangirls and fanfic writers in a frenzy. The beer hat + comic book combo was LOL funny.

OH.

MY.

GOD.

*pulls a Luke Skywalker*

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The MOMENT I say Zach is the greatest, LOOK what happens!

W T F ????!!!!?!?!

*CRIES*

I KNEW it wasn't Hodgins. My mom said the SAME thing, Mr. O. And I bluntly said "NO EFFING WAY!"

And she as the lawyer was all like, "OH, but he kept giving Zach all that medication to shut him up." She's been watching too much L&O. ;) And I said that that was a classic trick. :P

And I serioulsy was thinking it was Cam or Sweets.

But ZACH?

*DIES*

I ... NO! There is NO frakking way THAT guy could pull off stabbing someone in the heart. Whatever the logic. His hair plus his eyes plus him being the greatest EVER does NOT add up to being a murderer!

*goes off screaming*

OKAY. I can't keep going on about Zach. Because it's just making me depressed. NO!

:annoyed:

The beginning...I was all like NOOOOOOO!!!! And then I saw Booth in UNIFORM all undercover like ... About DIED from his hottness.

And then Bones TOTALLY OWNED Booth! FWEE!!! :P

BATHTUB SCENE = GREATEST EVER!!!

:swoon:  :swoon:  :swoon:

And yeah.

I'm a little pissed off right now. A little depressed. And DAMN! Fox pulled off two STUNNING finales tonight. I'm almost as depressed as I was at Lost's last season finale...with Charlie.

:'(

*SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH*

SPOILERS.

Ohmygoodness. Writers, I hate your guts.

Zack is too amazing for words, you can't just be like "oh by the way, he's a killer." I actually could have believed it was Hodgins over Zack, but I never actually it expected it to be either of them. Cam or Sweets, yes, but not my Zack or Hodgins.

And may I just say, the beginning was completely and utterly malicious. I sobbed my heart out for about five minutes, and was in the middle of posting an angry blog and deleting Bones from my DVR, when lo and behold! He's alive! I would have punched him in the face too.

Bah.

I was majorly alarmed about Booth, not gonna lie. The show opens and it's all emotional about the funeral and I was going nononowait! It's BOOTH! He can't DIE! I mean, that would be like killing...killing...um...JACK BAUER!

'Kay, not quite. But was so happy when he was alive.

Zaaack...*tears* I cried over the House season finale too! This is ridiculous!

Ha, I only cried when I thought Booth was dead. That was it. I didn't cry during the House finale either. Just Booth.

How pathetic.

^ I was this close to sobbing at the end of House. I would have if my mom hadn't been in the room. I was crying silently as it was, trying to keep the sobs of misery for Wilson from escaping.

Talk about ripping your heart out.

@Tar: Ha ha ha! That's SO random that you only cried at the faux funeral of Booth. :P I was all gasping ... I didn't cry, I was in shock, and then laughed hysterically at Bones owning Booth. :P And then was more depressed and shocked at the end of Bones to cry. :P

(But, I was weeping with Wilson during House...that's for DAMNED sure XD)

ANYWAY, TVGuide.com had a few things to say about Bones (and House).

First, an interview with our beloved Eric Millegan (Zach):

Quote:
Over three seasons, Bones has uncovered some real deviants, but none of those cases has have shaken our cores as much as finding out one of the Jeffersonian Institute's finest, Zack Addy, has been kicking it on the wrong side of the law. Eric Millegan plays the brainiac lab rat we've loved to love (even through this little serial killer phase) since the start of the show — but possibly not for much longer. Here, Millegan talks to TVGuide.com about how he came to be the boy who cried Gormogon and what that means for his future. — Sandra Kofler

TVGuide.com: OK, so I have to say this out loud. Zack is the Gormogon apprentice.
Millegan: Yup.

TVGuide.com: I'm still cringing. How far in advance did you know about it?
Millegan: Two months ago. They met with me and told me and I was like, "What? Zack eats people?" And they told me that I don't eat people, I kill them — I never reached the eating stage. And I was like, "Oh, My god." But I was kind of excited because I knew it was going to be an exciting send-off.

TVGuide.com: So you're leaving the show?
Millegan: Yeah. But they said, "You know, you're not going to get killed, so we'll still have the option of bringing you back." It was shocking, and I just had to follow it and know that this is what's happening. Zack ends up carted away to a psychiatric facility, but there is the possibility that the others may come visit me.

TVGuide.com: So we might see you next season then?
Millegan: Well, I'm not a series regular anymore, but it's possible that I'll be back from time to time. I can't say much more than that, unfortunately.

TVGuide.com: Was this all written for you because you wanted to leave the show, or are you simply following the fate of your character?
Millegan: Oh, I'm following the fate of my character. It wasn't my choice — it was a creative decision to shake things up and make a good season finale.

TVGuide.com: So you only found out you were the apprentice after the strike?
Millegan: That's right. About a couple weeks before we resumed shooting.

TVGuide.com: Were there more Zack storylines that would have been pursued, had there not been a strike?
Millegan: Yes. As you know, at the end of Season 2, I went off to Iraq. They wanted to address it all in Season 3, but because of the strike they never got to it.

TVGuide.com: I was wondering when the show was going to address Zack's post-traumatic stress. I kept waiting to see how he was going to deal with it.
Millegan: Yeah, I'm sad that we never got to go there.

TVGuide.com: When you first heard about the Gormogon storyline, who did you think the culprit might end up being?
Millegan: You know, I didn't think about it. People on the board started saying they thought it was Sweets, the psychiatrist. But that didn't even dawn on me. And it never dawned on me that it might be one of us, either.

TVGuide.com: When did the rest of the cast know that it was going to be you?
Millegan: Not until I knew. After they told me, they told everyone else.

TVGuide.com: Was it hard to keep it a secret form the rest of the world?
Millegan: Yes. But it's my job to keep it a secret. And one thing that was hard was that Mike Ausiello did an interview with me at TV Guide's Sexiest Stars party, and he asked if I was leaving the show. I said no, and I didn't say I was leaving because I wasn't allowed to. But then everybody on the message boards ran with that, saying, "Nobody's leaving the show!" And I just thought, "Oh no, people are going to be mad at me when they find out."

TVGuide.com: The actor who plays the master Gormogon, we haven't seen him on the show before, right?
Millegan: No.

TVGuide.com: So was it strange playing Zack as a bad guy?
Millegan: He's not so much a bad guy. He's more a victim of brainwashing. It's Zack's intelligence that got in the way, because Gormogon rationalized [his cause] with him.

TVGuide.com: Do you think by the end of the episode, Zack really understood how he'd been used by the Gormogon master?
Millegan: Yeah, I think it really hit him hard. And actually, there was a moment that was cut out of the episode of Zack saying he's sorry right after he explains how to catch Gormogon. Just an "I'm sorry." I saw the cut, and realized they'd cut that out and was like, "No! Zack has to say he's sorry!"

TVGuide.com: What have you've enjoyed most about working on this show?
Millegan: Working with the people. David [Boreanaz], Emily [Deschanel], T.J.[Thyne], Michaela[Conlin] and Tamara [Taylor] have been just wonderful to work with, and we really bonded very closely. Emily and I are even going to be singing "I Got You Babe" together at an AIDS benefit in August. So I'm still going to be bonded to them.

TVGuide.com: I think fans are going to feel like there's an important chunk of the family missing.
Millegan: I hope so. I hope people miss me.

Well, DUH. EVERYONE is gonna be missing Eric/Zach. *CRIES*

Then they sort of had a review of the finales last night. The one for House was glowing, but:

Quote:
I wish I had as positive a reaction to the Bones finale, which got off to a good start with a fun if obvious fake-out surrounding Booth’s mock funeral, and Bones’ outrage to have been kept out of the loop. Sweets made the call on that one, and for much of the episode, seemed the most likely suspect as Gormogon’s in-house apprentice. Alas, that wasn’t the case, and that dishonor fell on Zack, the mild-mannered brainiac—delicately and winningly played by Eric Millegan—who apparently could be wooed by logic to service some anonymous cannibalistic serial killer (possibly my least favorite arc on any show this season, and certainly the least satisfyingly resolved).

There was little logic in the telling of this particular story, and the sacrifice of this engaging character (who is being moved to a psych ward, where I suppose he can be enlisted on a guest-star basis in the future—sort of a milquetoast Hannibal Lecter consultant?) seems to me just another cheap sweeps season-ending stunt. Still, kudos to the rest of the cast for keeping it as real as possible as they grieved for their fallen-from-grace comrade. They’re why I wouldn’t give up on Bones just yet.

And the comments that followed this little opinion article were much more harsh on Bones. RAWR! People ish ANGRY man! XD

*Wipes eyes* NOT IMPRESSED. I have to agree with the review though. The episode was rushed and rather poorly executed.

The Iraq storyline would have been brilliant. Another casualty of the Writer's Strike. Bah. First it was half of season one of Pushing Daisies, and now this.
