OK, OK, so I didn't even think about the Jack/Claire thing until recently, but now that I've seen it, it just seems too obvious! But actually, your right, most people probably haven't seen that connection yet, so maybe it will be them!

well it looks to me from all the overviews of the upcomming shows is that they find this community that the others life in. but i think the thing with kate in "left behind": is that instead of jake and juliet their little thing they have, I think it might be turned around towards someone else

"Kate is left to fend for herself in the jungle with Juliet."

I just thought that was surpirsing but i could be wrong..or i just missinteruppted it

They found Othersville in tonight's episode. When they found it Jack was throwing an American football with Mr. Happy.

Oh and surprise surprise, Jack's dad is Clair's father .

JF, Here is your recap. Charlie made Claire a pinic breakfast and had it set up where Jin and Sun would watch Aaron. However when they were about to sit down to eat Des asks Charlie to go hunting with him, Charlie says no, Claire spots some birds flying by, gets hit by an idea, and pretty well runs off. Charlie asks her waht is going on, she says that she has an idea to get them off of the island, she Charlie Jin and Sun talk about how they could catch one of the birds which would be being tracked (some of the birds had tags around their feet), Des looks on and gives that dooms day look he gives Charlie. Charlie retunrs the galre and tries to get Claire to change her mind about catching one of the birds, Claire is determined, Claire Sun and Jin try to catch a bird, Sun and Claire talked about their mothers and Claire said that her mother "was" a librianin, they go off to catch one of the birds with the help of the bait that Sun and Claire had choped up, but Des fires his gun and scares the birds away, Claire asks Des why he did that, Des claimed that he was following a boar, Claire didn't believe him, Des eventualy walks off, Claire questions Charlie about it, he says that he just doesn't want to give Claire false hope, and they have a bit of an arguement. Claire sess Des and Charlie talking on the beach, Claire asks Sun to watch Aaron for a minute, Sun agrees, and Claire tries to talk to them but really doesn't get anywhere. So later she sees Des on a rock and goes over to him, Des says to be quite and stay still, Des catches a bird and hands it to Claire, Claire asked him how he know that the bird would be there, he said that he didn't, Claire said that yes he did that he went over to it without any doubt, and he tells Claire all about his vissions and about his dooms day prediction about Charlie and how he saw Charlie slipping into the water where he had caught the bird and dying. Claire goes over to Charlie tells him that she knows it all and they sort of make up, they write a note about i(in short) about what had happened to them and asked for help...durring which they showed shots of Saywer on the beach reading and Des (in this shot she said that some had learned to accept that they might never leave the isalnd. by the way.)
In the flash backs we see a car crash, Claire's mum was hurt Very badly, she and her aunt talk about her mum, the doc comes in and ta;lks about how the machines are what is keeping her alive, they talk about money, the doc says not to worry about it that it has already been paid for but that the person who was paying asked that their name be kept secret. Then Claire's dad (who is also Jack's dad) shows up says that he is indeed the one who is paying for all of mum's medical supplies and such, Claire's aunt and Jack/Claire's dad don't exactly geehaw, Claire's dad takes Claire out for coffee later on, they have a talk about how he had come to see her when she was younger but that Claire's aunt didn't like him and that Claire's mum didn't like the fact that he had another family. he implies that Claire should let him "ease her suffering" because she is "alive but not really living" explains that turning the machines off there is against the law but that he knows ways to get around that, she gets mad, they fight, she says doens't even want to know his name and walks away. Then we see Claire talking to her unconscous mother she says that she is pregnant and says that she (Claire) is sorry for fighting with her (telling her mum that she hated her, wished she wasn't her mother, and that she was dead, and sorry that she was aweful.) she said that the accident was her fault, and that she was osrry while crying. That's the end of the flash backs.
Elsewhere Kate, Sayid, Locke, Danielle, and Patch (the eye patch guy) walked towards the communtiy (the barrocks) that was on the map Sayid found. When they stoped to get water from a stream Kate asked Danielle why she didn't ask about her daughter, Danielle explained that it was because she didn't want to know the answers since her daugher wouldn't re,mber her in shortm, and compared it to what if KAte didn't see Jack for 16 years, she also asked Kate if she cared about jack, and Kate didn't answer. They walked on again, then they found some big trap alarm system, they started talking about going around it, Patch said that it was all the way around the cummunity, Sayid checked the map and said that Patch was telling the truth, they started talking again, and Locke took Patch by the arm and pushed him through the alarm system. Well...Patch dead as a door know...kind of graphic...Sayid yelled at Locke for doing that, Locke said that nobody asked him about waht to do wtih Patch so why should he consult them about that, they fought and and Sayid told Locke that he would deal with him later. So they put choped down/fallen down trees up to the poles that were the alarm system and they climbed the tree and jumped down on the other side of the alarm system safely. However they did make Kate go first....(laughs) my mum asked what kind of men they were making her go first...(laughs) Anyway then they walked just a little ways, we see a village like place, Mr Happy and Jack playing football, and that's pretty well what happened.

Banana Republic, Um what is Mr. Happy's name? Do we know that yet?

OH SNAP!

What an episode! That ending was SUPERBLY just like Lost!

I have to say, these past couple episodes make me happy. Because they are what Lost is really about! Like the first season! Amazing!

I have to say, the Jack/Claire thing; didn't surprise me as much as I would have liked. But then maybe I shouldn't bum around in this thread so much. Ha ha ha!

I really liked this episode! I can't remember who said it a while back, but they got it right. It's back to the heart of what Lost is about. The people. Still shocking and crazy....but yeah. Hard to explain myself.

Gah! The ending with Desmond and Claire and then Charlie and Claire. SO happy and sweet! The note that was tied to the seagulls leg, I loved it. Especially when Charlie read it...and it was like a voice over thing...so perfect.

GAH! I love Lost SOOOO much!

*bounces around excitedly*



Oh, one more thing, did anyone else notice the music was a bit more...dramatically eery than usual? Like every time it swelled, I half expected something bad to happen.

Oh well, whatever.

BRILLIANT episode in my opinion! And I don't care if I'm the only one!

MontanaBohmian,I have liked the past few episodes as well. Oh, and the Jack/Claire thing didn't surprise me either but it might have had I not had such wonderful spoiler hunters around here. So I liked it.
Nope. You certainly are not the only one who thought that the episode was brilliant. See because I agree. Finaly some more PB and J (...I was really starting to miss them together...), the Jack/Claire thing really needed to be addressed so I was happy about that being cleared up, Kate, Mr. Clean, and Sayid getting so much closer to Others Ville , and I belive that around here we use "bouncy wouncy" (? instead of a happy dance)...So I was all bouncy wouncy for Sawyer with his glasses on...it's about time that they let us see that fine man with his glasses on again. Good episode. I give it two thumbs up.

JF, Do you want to know about the commercial? If so...it mainly just shows a bunch of shots of Locke (inclueding one of him looking pretty roughed up being put into a wheel chair), the narriator says "The John Locke story that every one has been waiting for will finaly be told...", has a shot of Locke pointing a gun at a bed ridden Ben, and Ben saying that he knew about Locke being in a hweel chair for four years and he knew why. (Small Spoiler allert coming) On my information for next week's Lost it says that it will be called "Man from Tallahasse" and that "Ben offers to give Locke some of the island's secrets if Locke will agree to stop his descructive plans" or something very close to those lines. Well, that's really all I know about that right now but if I find anything else out I'll try to let you know.

Lotrfreak13, When is "Left behind" soposed to air? Do you know which character that one is suposed to focus on yet?

Okay now I have a stupid question...how on Earth are Jack and Claire going to relize that they are half siblings? I mean she didn't know her biological father's name and I can't really see her just walking up to Jack (if and when he returns to the Lostie's part of the island) and saying hey do you think that we are siblings. I mean I think that that would be a bit of a jump. So how do you think that they will find out that they are half siblings? Do you think that they will even have them find out that they are half siblings?
Another thing did it bother anyone else that they had Kate climb over the alert system first? It really kind of bother my mum and myself. I mean she was the girl. Shouldn't they have sent Mr. Clean or Sayid first? Do you think that we are suposed to think that they sent Kate first just because Mr Clean and Sayid think that Kate is the weakest link or what? okay, my partcialy rant is over...sorry.

"Left Behind" is episode 15. Which means it should premire in a few weeks. From the picture I saw it looks like a Sawyer episode but I'm not sure.

Not sure about whether Jack and Claire will ever find out they are half-sibs but I don't think that Locke and Sayid sent Kate over first because she's weak. She asked to go first and they let her because she's so strong. Just because she's a woman doesn't mean she has to be in the background and let the men do everything first.
