Yes, let's be civilized. Please make sure you read what you wrote before posting it. If it could be misconscrued, then it most likely will be. The internet's a fickle thing.
Expressing opinions is okay, but please don't remark sarcastically or in a mean way to a statement by someone. It's just an opinion ---- you don't need to bite each other's heads off because the other person doesn't like a lemon in their glass of water.
 I hope we can keep a discussion going.

Guess I'm just a bit gun-shy from having seen far too many PotC-related discussions turn ugly fast. Apparently we Pirates fans can be quite fanatical at times, especially when it comes to the topic of shipping...*shudder*
But...yes. Civil discussion, I like. What shall we civilly discuss now?

I don't think there is anything more to discuss unless someone who dislikes Pirates wishes to speak about why the don't like it etc.

I thought this thread was just to see who else didnt like Pirates. Not that anyone is arguing, but I didnt except it to turn into a close argument.

Yes...I suppose you must always give reasons to support your answer. though, I have few of why I dont like POTC.
I mean, I dont hate, dislike POTC..I just dont care for it.

^Yeah I know what you mean. I used to think PotC was the stupidest thing ever, and now I love it! The same thing with LotR. I saw my parent watching it and I was like "What are you watching?" I though it looked really dumb, but now I think it's the best movie ever!

My opinion rarely changes.
I thought LotR was pretty cool at first, though I was very confoozed.
And I disliked PotC from the beginning.
