Sorry I didn't have a summary. I'm not very good at those things. I've only ever done it once....and it ended up being pages and pages and very detailed.

And about Ben. Hmmmmm....it was weird. I didn't know if I should take him seriously or not. Either being serious about letting Jack off the island or letting Locke make it go boom. There was just something, some tone, in his voice. Really through me off. I was actually really angry that Locke made the sub go boom. Not that I wanted Jack to leave, because then I would have been utterly depressed. XD But I almost didn't believe there WAS a submarine. Just the way it was tossed about in conversation. It didn't seem plausible. And yet, there it was. And now it's not there.

I have to say, I wasn't expecting Locke to be pushed out of an 8 story building. That was very Lost-ish. But, I knew, I KNEW who was going to be in that room. XD Ha ha ha! I was afraid they wouldn't show it...just to keep you hanging like that...even though I had a really good idea. Me no like that guy. I hope we get to see him severly tortured and then killed. XD

Well Ben was either going to let Jack and Juliet leave and have that be the end of him or he was going to find a way to stop them. So...it's kind of a what would Ben ahve done if Mr. Clean hadn't have blown it type thing, least wise the way I take it. Bad Ben...maybe that should be nickname too. BB for short. Sawyer has me hooked on this nickname thing. Poor Ben...another one of my uh...victims of mean nicknames.

Personaly I am indiffferent on how Mr/. clean ended up in his wheel chair. I think that it they could have taken it in worse dirrections but that this was the best one either. (shrugs) It was allright I supose. Yep, his father is on the island.

It's Ok Monty, you don't have to give me a summary but please for the love of Mickey Mouses' ears if there's anything we learn about Ben in an episode or anything like why Locke was in his wheelchair...don't just hint it....print it....

Well it looks like I will have to wait an make my own mind up about that then, unless of course we learn more about it in future episodes. Yeah....my chin fairly reached the floor when I read about the submarine...even for LOST that is madness...

Well that interests me a great deal about Ben. Juliet has been on the island for over three years, if she knew the submarine had never been used, or had not been used for ages, she would probably have mistrusted him for even suggesting letting them go. As it is, she and Jack seemed happy about the prospect of going home....so I don't know...maybe what Ben meant was he wasn't happy about them going, but he had to let them go, whereas now, they can't go and it isn't his fault they have to stay.

Aww..no I don't think I could call him Bad Ben...maybe...Beauitful Ben?

Hmm, interesting episode. Quite the interesting episode, actually. I'm a bit sad that none of the questions floundering around in my mind have been answered yet [IE, did Michael and Walt make it free? Will Charlie die? What's Penny looking for? Are there ANY people from Dharma I. left on the island?]

And what's up with his dad on the island? *rolls eyes* Maybe he road Kate's horse through a magic door or something...

No, but seriously, this episode did give a bit more of a sad, "aww the poor guy" argument for Locke. You have to feel sorry for him when he was all alone in the hospital... I'm normally not a fan of Locke at all. He was a bit better in this episode. But, he's just so darn selfish sometimes; like pretending to care about Jack when he was really concerned only about the submarine.

Oooh, lots of Benry on this one too! "There's two giant hamsters running ina wheel down in our secret lair." With all the crazy things going on in this episode, I would b suprised if the previous statement was true. And then the whole deal with Ben not knowing the island as well as Locke intrigued me. I'm suspicious that the Others are going to "convert" [er, whatever you call it] Locke to become one of them.

One thing I want to know: what about poor Sayid?! Why is he always left out in the cold, with no clue to whats going on when he's the most level-headed one out of the bunch? Sighs.

As me Jacket - me no likey. Me no likey JT for one, she's quite a manipulative little thing isn't she? But I thought the Jack + Kate scene was good, because it was kind of like a "letting go" scene for Kate I think... she realizes her and Jack isn't going to work. It was really bittersweet I thought.

About the submarine thing: WHY didn't we get to see the inside of it before Baldy blew it up!?!? That's just not fair! I wanted to at least see what it looked like! ARGH. *hangs the jib* I bet it was way cool looking too.

OK, TOO MANY LONG POSTS PEOPLE!!!

LOL, I love you all, but I just can't read them all. Sorry So I'll just kind of jump around, talk about some random stuff, and hopefully everyone will understand

First, going back to Kate/Jack/Sawyer. I think what JF said made a lot of sense - at first Kate really liked Jack because he was the 'good guy' but now both Jack and Sawyer have changed a lot, and she's in love with Saywer, she just feels guilty about Jack. However, in this week's episode, I was almost afraid Kate and Jack would kiss! I was like NO!!! But they didn't. *phew* But it's obvious (in my opinion) that Jack still feels for Kate, but he knows that Kate and Sawyer are together...ish AH! So much drama
(by the way - I pronounce Sawyer "Soy-er" as well )

Oh! And I think if I had to choose between Jack and Sawyer, I'd probably be in the same situation as Kate I'd fall for both of them, but I think I probably would end up with Sawyer in the end

Next topic. I definitely think Penny and/or her dad have something to do with the island. Ever since I saw Penny answering the phone at the end of the season 2, I've suspected it. I am still very ansty to see what it's all about though! I was hoping they would have at least given us a little more info by now =P

And finally on to my opinions/feelings of this weeks episode:

I always wondered how Locke was paralized! Finally the mystery is solved! I felt so bad for him, though, when he first got in the wheelchair and started to cry. I started to cry too I was glad this week wasn't ALL about Locke though. I thought the Kate/Jack scenes were good. Espeically when they were talking right before Jack was going to leave. Like I said before, I think that Kate figured out that Jack saw her and Sawyer together, and feels really bad, because it's obvious Jack still cares for her. "I will come back for you...." AWWW! (I still am shipping Kate/Sawyer, though, don't worry! ) OH! And I really liked Ben this episode *hides from JF* He was so funny!!! "Sorry, but no, we don't have a code for there's a man in my closet with a gun to my daughter's head, but I guess we should have one!" LOL!! Oh! And now I have to wonder if anyone will ever leave the island now, if Ben was telling the truth and the sub was the only way off the island. And finally, I knew that Locke's dad would be the thing that 'came out of the box'. My mom figured it out I want to know more about this box, though...*scratches head*

So that's all the discussion I can come up with for now I don't know where you all get the time to check this thread and post such long posts so often If you slowed down, I might be able to catch up...

I kinda had a feeling when Ben was talking about what it felt like and about his dad..i kinda figured that somehow he was going to show locke his dad.

I mean to seee your dad after all thoses days and to see him after what hes done to you..I would be so mad at it. i wouldnt talk to him..

Omg that was the best episode ever! So much Ben *squees* . I felt so bad for Locke. Even though I kind of always felt like his dad would be the reason he was in a wheel chair, I wasn't expecting his father to basically bodyslam him through a window 8 stories up.

I've always felt more for Locke, his life was complete crap before he came to the island. Every episode where he has a flashback it makes me feel so sad. It broke my heart when I saw him trying to go on that adventure tour and they said he couldn't go because he was in a wheelchair. "Don't tell me what I can't do!" *pouts*.

I thought Ben was so cute in this episode.

"No, John, we don't have a code for 'There's a man in my closet holding a gun to my daughter's head.' But maybe we should."

. He and Locke are so cute together lol.

The box was the second thing that caused me to fall off my chair....I can't tell you what a shock it was to find out about this epsiode at 5 in the morning...kept me awake for ages....I'm not even sure if I want to find out things about LOST anymore...I mean what about when it comes to the cliffhanger epsiode at the end of series 3?! I'm going to have to consider it very carefully....

I hadn't really thought about that before. I don't really have theory on the whole submarine thing yet. lol All i know is that Juleit and Jack were suposed to leave the next day (according to Ben) and that Ben was worried over what would happen if he let them go or if he killed Jack and his friends. So (shrugs)....I really have no other ideas at this point on that matter...it makes my head hurt too much right now. lol

Ooh, if it is on there you have to go and check it out! Oh, okay. I'll try to tell you what I can remember about it. (Spoiler warning major for any who have yet to see the commercial) Next week the Losties are going to be digging a grave! It said something about someboyd finding something out that will end in death. They show a woman (looks like Kate to me) running through the jungle. Then we see sawyer and Jin diggin a grave, Sawyer asked Sun why she hadn't told Jin (I don't know what), she said "becuase then we would have to dig another grave", and Sun hit him. That's pretty well it. On a lighter note though...we get to see Sawyer shirtless. Oh, and according to my dvr thingy it says something about "Hurly suspects that Saywer know some of the island's secrects".

Oh, if Mr. Clean joins the Others that will be the last straw for me. I allready don't like him I don't think that I can take much more...
I also agree that Sayid shouldn't be left out so much. Though I think that at times he can act before he thinks (for example hurting Sawyer so badly in the first season). However he still is a major assest for the Losties. He knows what he is doing. They really should let him help out more.
For another thing I agree 100% with you that Locke is selfish. That is part of the reason why I detest him so much. I'm glad though that there is somebody else who thinks that he is selfish.

Gilraen Ringeril, Honestly? Because I am homeshooled (so I get out of shcool before most other students) and because I pretty well have no life...but I don't mind. lol
Ooh, I nearly freaked out durring that scene! I thought that they were going to kiss too. I'm so glad that they didn't otherwise I would have to be doing some major Kate ranting right now.
Ooh, the wonderfully funny Ben lines! I loved that line too it was soooo funny. I must say that I think that Ben and then Sawyer are the two who get the best lines on the show.

anyways I dont think that anyone has posted this. but i think that little chat that sayid and alex had was quite interseting...I mean I think alex is going to start to as Ben about her mother. I think its kinda wierd that they found an actress who looks both like ben and the french lady..

will we didnt see much but some small clips of next episode. and it makes it look like Sun is a bad guy or something.. sawyer and sun are digging a grave and sawyer says something like "are you going to tell jin about this" and sun sayd "no then we would have to dig another grave" and i think i saw sun smack sawyer with her shovel..but i think i heard the over voice say that one of the losties dies..??? youd have to ask someone else

LotRfreak13, I thought that there conversation was interesting as well. I aslo think that you are right about Alex is going to start questioning Ben. Personaly though I think that that will either be a great thing or a horribel thing. I want Ben and Alex to get along (unless he does something else to upset poor Alex). However at the same time Danelle probabley needs to know her daughter better. So...I'll take it with a lump of sugar for now.
