The show is totally awesome. I LOVE the season 1 Christmas episode. Booth on drugs ftw. But I think you'll find most Christmas episodes are insanely hilarious.
As for Zach ... well at least it won't take you by surprise. GAH I MISS ZACH-A-RONI TOO!!! You'll probably cope like the rest of us have: lots of tears, anger, confusion, depression, more tears, *beep*'s and then you'll eventually be able to deal with it and his ... errr ... guest appearances make it somewhat worth it.  I'm SO HAPPY you started watching!!! *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*

SCIENCE DUDE FTW.
Emily was so BRILLIANT at the end. I about lost it laughing so hard. And can I just say, all dressed up in that wacky outfit, she looks JUST like her sister. WIN.
The ONLY thing that would have made this better would have been BILL NYE THE SCIENCE GUY. Maybe they're holding out for a different episode.  (He was on Stargate: Atlantis, so he should TOTALLY be on Bones!)

Of course, then every time I watch an episode and think, "I love Zach!" I remember and then it's depressing.  My roommate didn't help the situation. I told her that I loved Zach but I knew what happened and it made me sad, and she was just like, "Keep watching. Just keep watching." And as she had just watched the newest episode, I was all "oooH?" and then about 10 minutes later she asked me what episode I was on, so I told her about where I was and what I knew. I get a "oh.......well, nevermind." So I just turned to her and yelled, "You gave me false hope!" It was great. We laughed a lot. But it was disappointing.
