The Crow
Okay, it doesn't have much in plot, character, or acting. But as a revenge flick, it works. It ****ing works. The Crow has so many awesome moments. Just epic. Btw any time where the Crow is walking away with his back towards the camera and his crow lands on him. That was unbelievable.
The Princess Bride
Now I've been told to watch this movie by a lot of people. And to be honest. It was an incredibly unremarkable movie. And a very confused movie too. I'm not quite sure if it wanted to be a parody like Monty Python or its own movie in its own merit...but I don't know. I was really put off by the kid in the beginning so I muted every scene between him and the grandfather. Okay, here's what I liked. Cary Elwes as the Dreaded Pirate Roberts and Mandy Patinkin as Imigo Montoya. And why not, Andre the Giant as Fezzik as well. Those guys were great. And I wish to god there were just a little more action scenes. Or, I don't know, something to keep me interested. The humour felt flat, the characters are rather dull once you think about it (not saying some were entertaining). Honestly, you have trouble when I'm having more fun watching Caligula than this movie. Or b***** me, I probably just don't get it.

"Emma" with Gwyneth Paltrow.
I still think its the best Austen adaptation. I love the roles of Mr. Knightley and Emma herself. The movies is like a calm breeze.

Caligula
This is a special occasion as this movie was my first exploitation film. And I gotta say, I couldn't have chosen better. It comes highly recommended by both the Cinema Snob and Roger Ebert. And let me tell you, it's...a pornographic film plus Gladiator or Spartacus with a little A Clockwork Orange sprinkled into it.
Hang on...I don't even know I can describe three quarters of the movie on this forum. Let's see...okay, let me tell you that the most heartwarming scene in this movie is a scene with Caligula and Drusilla making out in a forest. And they're brothers and sisters. It just gets worse.

Resident Evil
Awesomeee I NEVER recognise James Purefoy. But I do think he really looks like Hugh Jackman.
SO While watching it, I was thinking "Hey, that guy looks like Hugh Jackman" But I did not realize it yet
The movie ended. Names of the actors appear. JAMES PUREFOY
I just started laughing.

Hairspray (listening to the end credits song as I type) I just realized Twitch from SYTYCD is in the movie! He's one of my favorite dancers, so naturally I squeed when I realized Also this is probably the feel-good movie of the century.

Cutthroat Island Cheeky heroine captain-of-a-ship-with-a-map-to-the-treasure makes epic and entertaining and visually satisfying escape from the city (I forgot what city). Bad guy who is related to heroine is introduced and nearly kills heroine. Bad blood between them. Multiple parties set out to find said treasure. Seriously flirting between heroine and some dude. Betrayal. The crew battle bad weather and the crew starts a mutiny against the heroine and her faithful men (who also happen to be witty and charming). Multiple parties land on the treasure island. Heroine finds treasure and is now forced to choose between love and money. Makes obvious choice. Epic battle. Kills baddie. And they lived happily ever after. Umm.. this is made 10 years before PotC and it was a major flop, apparently loosing $115 million dollars.. If only they'd had a real Captain in there...

"Battle: Los Angeles"It was actually pretty good. I mean, it wasn't surprisingly good. It was pretty much what I expected.

My sister and I saw this movie in the cinema, because there were no other movies we thought were worth watching.. But, we couldn't stop laughing while watching it xD it's such a typical movie. And it went on and on and on.. I just watched Harry Potter 1, 2, 3 and 4.
