So, I didn't watch SVU on Tuesday. Anybody else?

Well, here's an interesting bit of news I picked up. Looks like Chris Noth's character will have an arch nemisis, just like our beloved Goren has Nicole.

Whoopi Goldberg set for "Criminal" role

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Oscar winner Whoopi Goldberg is set to guest-star on the NBC drama "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" in a potential recurring role.

She will play Chesley Watkins, a foster mother gone bad.

"Whoopi never gets to be the bad guy. In the world of 'Criminal Intent' she'll be the baddest," said Fred Berner, the drama's executive producer.

The character, shaped up as a criminal nemesis to Detective Mike Logan ( Chris Noth), will be introduced in an episode of "CI" slated to air in May.

Joining Goldberg in the episode will be "Law & Order" veteran S. Epatha Merkerson, who, in a crossover appearance, will reprise her character on the mothership series as Lt. Van Buren.

Goldberg most recently starred in and executive produced NBC's short-lived comedy series "Whoopi" and headlined a solo show on Broadway that aired on HBO as a special titled "Whoopi: Back to Broadway -- The 20th Anniversary." Her voice will be heard in the upcoming animated feature "Everyone's Hero" and the mockumentary "Farce of the Penguins."

Oh, I'd stat watching Noth's CI just for that. Ooh, finally, a reason to make me watch him. Oh, and what happened in SVU Tuesday? I missed it and I think I might cry.

I hate to say it, but I'm watching CI right now. On USA...I've seen this episode before though. Still pretty intense.
So, I saw an ad (on NBC) for SVU...but it was an old one...with Dean Cain. And then I saw and ad for Conviction on Fridays...so...I'm still SO confused!

Hate to DP but...

Did anyone catch the new episode of CI on Sunday? Oh my god. It was SO fantastic. The kid/guy they brought in was actually in the movie "Thumbsucker" and V. D'Onofrio played his dad...and the chemistry between those two in this episode was UNBELIEVABLE! It was almost like the chemistry between Goren and Nicole or Goren and his mom. Man, probably one of the best CI episodes EVER!

Anyways...enough about my ridiculous worhipping for Goren.

Did any of you catch the new episode of SVU? I didn't...House distracted me... I think it looked like what's-his -name is getting a new partner? Anyone see it? ACK! So lost and confused here!

Yeah, same here. I have absolutely no idea what's happened to Olivia. *searches NBC site....* Hmmm...not to sure, but it sounds like (from this coming Tuesday's episode) she's got a new postition...The detective's investigations bring them to the computer crime division of the department now staffed by Det. Olivia Benson ( Mariska Hargitay) and TARU Tech Morales (Joel De la Fuente), who are both enlisted to help. Hmmm...interesting.

This Wednesday...not sure if it's the Law & Order finale, but it sounds interesting. They have a guy from the Sopranos guest starring it it. Looks really crazy.

Anyways. Did any of you catch the new CI episode with Whoopi Goldberg? Oh my god. First L&O episode EVER to give me chills. Whoopi was ridiculously evil. I mean, PURE evil! ACK! It was such a crazy episode. Man, I'm still shaking.

Oh, and next Sunday is the TWO HOUR SEASON FINALE!!! Two ripped from the headlines crimes, and I think BOTH teams are in it. At least, that's what it sounded like from the ad for it. Man, I'm freakin' excited. Should be intense.
