I say Star Wars! I have only seen the trailer of Narnia when I went to watch star wars with my bro and our judgement was: OMG THAT WILL BE A TERRIBLE MOVIE, WE WILL NEVER WATCH ...now not to offend you with my oppinion, but I saw the trailer and made my final judgement....

Why don't you put this in the life outside LOTR section?

I loev the Narnia books, but I am not so sure I will like the movie. I am a huge Star Wars fan, so I am going to have to go with Star Wars because it is just so aweosme and emotional. :) That is just me though.

I think I'm going to go with Star Wars also, -*glances at sig*- but I can't really decide until I see the new Narnia movie. (am I the only one who thinks it looks good?)

Have never really taken a liking to Star Wars...*Shrugs*
I'm probably too consumed with LOTR that i can't give any of my time to Star Wars..heh. :confuzzled:
Yeah but i Love The Chronicles of Narnia but i'm quite [s]scared[/s] of the movie ruining the Books!

Go Chronicles of Narnia! >_< The books are better then Star Wars, and I don't know about the movies....Star Wars was good, but I don't think you could compare them to LotR, or Narnia.

I really don't see what the use is comparing two completely different kind of movies/books.

They're completely different.

Star Wars was made as a movie with a script but has develop on with publishing official fanfiction of the trilogy.

Narnia, however, is a very long and widely known series of literature which are aimed for both children and adults, now is being turned into a movie.

I saw a trailer for Narnia when seeing Star Wars, and I was excited about it. It looked awesome. I've read the Narnia series and they're quite good but I'm not a huge fan of them. I can see it become a great movie and it'll be good for the books to get some attention.

I wasn't a fan of Star Wars before Revenge of the Sith, I'm sure some of you can understand why because the other movies were just LACKING. But after RotS, I became a fan and adore the movie and characters.

I refuse however to choose between the two because there will be no basis of my decision.

I've only seen bits and pieces of the original movies (and nothing of the newer ones), and I've never read the Chronicles of Narnia...I was actually going to pick up the first book not too long ago, but then I heard in passing that the movie was being made...I put down the book. I saw the trailer and I'm in love with this movie already! I don't want to go into the theater with my head full of the way that "things were in the book", just to come out very disappointed because the director changed this or that (I did the same thing with LotR...didn't touch the books until I saw the movies). That way there is no disappointment or comparisons.
