The Lost World did have some of that, it wasn't the focus of the stories the way it seemed to be in
Jurassic Park III. I suppose it made sense that the third one was so different, since Steven Spielberg wasn't at the helm, either as director
or producer, but at least the crew could have done something that came
close to Spielberg's work
