I doubt anyone's heard of this..its a sorta old show...but Ill give it a go. :teehee:

Anywayz..anyone ever seen this anime? Its so cute. haha..:D I love how it has a good message in each ep. ^_^ Its too bad they're not making anymore new eps. :(

so anyone else? :D

I LOVE Fruits Basket. I got a boxset of the DVD's over the summer. I really wish there was more to the anime. Guess I'll have to read the rest of the manga to find out what happens.
At the moment I've read the first 16 volumes. Its like my all time favourite manga and second favourite anime. (Tsubasa Chronicles just beats it)

Who's your favourite character? I think mine is Momijji (sp?) And what Year are you? (I hope you don't mind me asking that) I'm the Snake

Fruits Basket is cute. I am not an anime fan by any means, but Kit and a few others recommended it and I have the series now. It's very sweet. My favorite characters would be Kyo, Tohru, and Kisa. :)

I love Kisa too! lol. xD Yeah, Kisa, Haru and Hatori are my favs. ^^ and I like Tohru.

Unfortunately..im the Year of the Rooster. >.< he doesnt even appear in the anime.

I bought the first 2 vols last week...I LOVED THEM!!! Lol. its catching up to Naruto now with my favs! :p

Ill try!

Its about this girl, Honda Tohru, who lost her mother in a car accident. Since she wasnt able to stay with any relatives, and didnt want to burden her friends, she lived in a tent by herself for about a week. But then Sohma Yuki, a boy she knew from school, finds her living alone, and says she can stay with him and his cousin at their house. Tohru learns that the Sohma family is cursed by the Chinese Zodiac animal spirits. Whenever a member of the family is under stress, or hugged by the opposite gender, they transform into their Zodiac animal.

At first I thought it sounded not that exciting..but I was surprised..its actually better than I thought.

^ Yeah, I first I thought it sounded really...pointless, but then I read the manga. And was absolutely amazed by Momiji's sheer awesomeness. I'm working on getting the anime right now. ^^

I just watched the anime online. Took me less than a month. I mainly watch all my anime online. :teehee:

I watched the dubbed...cuz I was too lazy to read subbed. :p

Ahh, that sucks. How far are you into the manga now? Cos vol. 17 has some pretty intresting information about the Rooster......

yeah..you should check it out. ^^ its really good.

Um, Im only vol. 2. lol..:p I dont have a chance to buy manga too often, and I just started collecting this Summer.

I love Fruits Basket... it's so cute! My favorite character is Kyo.
I've watched the anime series, and i've just discovered that my library has the manga... yay! :P

I'm the year of the Snake... like Ayame... haha!

Fruits Basket is one of my favorite mangas. I enjoy the manga a lot more then the anime (mainly cause I get to imagine the voices and sound effects :) ) but the manga is a lot darker then the anime.

My favorite character, as well, is Momiji. When my friends are assigning anime characters to personalities, I'm afraid that I always end up as him!! XD So I cosplayed him a couple of years ago at a anime convention. :)
