Post subject:  MONK Season Finale!
Okay - real quick, so I can return to the TV. I'm watching the first part of the monk season finale, and I think I know who did it: The Sheriff.

1. He 'magically' appeared at the crime scene - how'd he know?
2. Being sheriff, he would have control over the evidence, and could have altered the ferenzics on the gun
3. Refering to 1, he could have been the man that the deceaced was waiting for.
4. If he WAS the man he was waiting for, he woul have the money that the man was asking for, and he could have used that money to bribe the ferenzics people to falsify the evidence.

It's just a theory. I appologize for typos. Must get back to monk!!!!!

Very good, SG! :-D it appears that's who Monk thinks it is too (and the way Monk put all the pieces together was... wow! :blink: it was all because the guy drank the juice?)! :bounce: anyway, how about that ending? Wow!!! Although Monk isn't dead, it still leaves one wondering why Stottlemeyer and Monk staged that... For time? So Monk can finish putting all the pieces together? wow, that was one of the best Monk's I have seen in a while... but the beginning was so sad! :'( poor Monk! *huggles him*

ARG! I can't believe they would do that to us. Though I am very glad that the 2nd part is next week, instead of them picking it back up again in the summer.

Lol, did you see psych, too? GAH! They're going to come back this summer with his MOM!

Anyway, back to Monk - it was... Different. Weird, almost. I didn't know Monk was capable of such things! He was about to shoot a man, he broke out of a prison van, he raided a campsite... Gosh! As my mom pointed out, he even broke another law by wearing Mitch's suit - impersonation of an officer. I can't wait until next week! I hope Monk is okay!!!

I know! Even though I knew the end (along with the "to be continued" :eyeroll:) was coming, when it came it was still like "wow, so that was interesting... but we have to WAIT now to see how it comes out!?" although I rushed right on the USANetwork site and it pretty much tells that Monk's alright and it was just to buy time. :-D (That was one thing I had feared though, that they would wait for the second part to show this summer! :swoon:) also thankfully they left it after everything had been semi-figured out... so, for me, it's wasn't quite as suspenseful. I mean just the way they both acted was too... staged. :P

(no, I didn't see Psych. :no: but I take it it was good?)

I know what you mean... it was sort of a darker Monk. But then again it was because of Trudy (which, truly I'm happy they didn't just drop that story like I thought they might :erm:)... but still when he was doing all those sneaky things I was like "what? where'd our sweet Monk go?" but then it sorta made sense at the end. :yes: and the campsite raid was so funny! lol just to stitch his pocket back? :P I didn't think of that... wow... although that scene where he was at Natalie's house and Randy was there was a good scene. :yes: the only thing is... is I'm wondering if this is like the beginning of wrapping everything up. :( like Monk might finally figure Trudy's death out... and then that's sorta sad in and of itself, you know?

Yeah - Tony Shalhoub's seven year contract ends this year. He said that if he continues Monk, he will sign year-by-year contracts, not long-term contracts. I really really really hope he doesn't end it!

But, if they do decide to wrap up Monk.... Well, I hope they do a Christmas special, where Monk finally opens that present from Trudy. I think it would be a nice ending. Sad, but nice.

yeah, I know... :erm: well, I hope he does what ever is good for the show... I mean you don't want them to just be hacking it together for the sake of it. :( but still, yeah, I really hope they don't end it yet! *clings to one of the last really good tv shows*

:duh: I had totally forgotten about that present! But I agree, that would be a sweet way to end it... along with maybe if he got to finally join the force again. :yes:
