Who is excited for this movie?
Well, I want to see it but is not going to be the same thing since I read HBP. I dunno :confuzzled:
One of the things that have me excited for this movie is Rita Skeeter and Voldemort :bones:

I can't wait!! :bounce: It looks really good.
I wonder whether they will put much about the quiddich world cup in it, it might make it too long, but i dunno.
You're right about HBP though. after I read it, it changed a lot of my views about stuff in the books.

Yeah! I can't wait to see GoF.

Today in Mugglenet, they posted a scan of a official picture of Katie Lung as Cho Chang in her Ravenclaw uniform.

I was skeptical of Katie Leung, but she's definitely made an impression of me! She seems like a very nice girl and it's ironic that she didn't think she'd get it. I think she's proven herself worthy to be Harry's crush.

And the thing about Daniel always asking her if she's alright. That's just the sweetest thing.

I have no idea what you just said.

I'm kinda dreading this next film because...it's just a huge plot to work with especially for an average 2-3 hour movie.

It's going to be 2 1/2 hours long...that's a good length I think, but there's so much that's goes on in GOF...I wanna see if this new director guy can pull it off!

Yeah. I'm sure that they are going to cut a lot of the plot of the book  That doesn't make me excited.

*sigh* we're going to have to wait and see. But wow, all the new casts! Miranda Richardson especially! She's a very good actress!

I am very excited!

I hope this film is as dark as Prisoner of Azkaban was. Or maybe even darker! That's what I loved about Prisoner of Azkaban is that it had such a different feel from the first two films, which I do think are good but aren't exactly dark in the sense that Prisoner of Azkaban is.

I'm not really looking forward to it... it doesn't look good enough to be worthy (sorry), I mean I respect the director for trying but like Kit says, the plot's too big to work as a film. But who knows? The cast are good, so maybe my thoughts will be changed :)

I'm very very excited!!! I'm scared of how much willl be cut and how much the story will be destroyed...because GoF is my fave HP book...but I'm sure it'll be somewhat good

I'm excited no matter how good or bad it is though :) I can't wait to see Rita Skeeter and does anyone know if Bill and Charlie are gonna be in the movie??? Cause I really want them to be but I doubt they'll have enough time and I haven't seen any pics of them on the net

I honestly don't care what gets cut, really. Goblet of Fire was my least favorite of the Harry Potter series, but I still overall liked it. The only way in my opinion that the movie can be better than the book is if they cut out a lot of the sporting events. That was the one thing that I thought could have been less focused on in the book.
