The new Winnie The Pooh movie. And I'm not ashamed. It took me back to the carefree days when I would curl up on the couch and watch the Pooh cartoon on saturday mornings, and sing Tigger's song. It was like the old Adventures of Winnie The Pooh movies. :)

What's Eating Gilbert Grape
The Cider House Rules
Mina Drömmars Stad (City Of My Dreams)
Privatdetektiv Hillman: Damen I Svart (The Lady In Black)
Privatdetektiv Hillman: Mannekäng I Rött (Mannequin In Red)
Privatdetektiv Hillman: Ryttare I Blått (Rider In Blue)

Lots of movies already watched these first days of the new year. My new years resolution is to write down all films I'll be watching during 2012 and to count the final total on New Years Eve a year from now.

:D

Me and my brother do that every year, except we do it from January 1st until January 1st. We make a note of star ratings we give them, and whether we've ever seen then before. Currently I have seen 9 films this year.

Bolt
The Body Snatcher
The Leopard Man

I stayed up until 1:00 A.M. watching Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. And it was awesome! :D

I've officially been introduced to the series, now that I've read the first book and saw the first movie. Unfortunately, I can't get the second book just yet, so I took the opportunity to watch the film adaption. I understand things best when I am able to see them as well as read about or hear them; the movie gave a face to all the people and allowed me to truly view Hogwarts as it was intended to be. Of course, they cannot keep everything strictly as it is in the books, so I couldn't help but notice the small changes that the screenwriters made, but they still remained loyal to the subject matter.

It took me several years to finally get into the series, for some reason. I've always been a Lord of the Rings fan, yet hadn't paid much attention to Harry Potter until after the final movie was released. Not the best timing.

Little Daniel Radcliffe is so cute. Green or not, those eyes are still beautiful. They're like Frodo's/Elijah Wood's. :)

And one more thing: as a Ravenclaw, I sincerely apologize for Professor Quirrell's attempt at killing Harry. That and siding with You-Know-Who.

^ Wow, I didn't think there were any people left who hadn't seen the Harry Potter films. I saw them all in theater. :teehee:

Very cool! I wish I would have thought of it sooner. I've put down the date when the film was watched, but thanks for the tip of making a wee note whether I've seen it before. I shall do that. :D

Oh my god! This movie is great. Ryan Gosling owns his role. And Carey Mulligan's cute as a button here. Especially with the short hair. She looks so wonderful. And she sounds American. I totally forgot she was a British actress. Ron Perlman was such a delight to see here as well.

The Notebook

Yeah this is what I get when I recommend a Ryan Gosling movie to a girl. Romantic films aren't really my thing and throughout the movie, I kept wondering what would happen to the couple. Like Ryan Gosling gets his leg amputated during a war but develops gangrene anyway. Or Rachel McAdams gets tuberculosis and dies. Actually, no...consumption occurs far too often. Smallpox is a better choice. Or Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams end up being brother and sister from the same father. Because I've read a book where that happened. But no, none of that happened and I..wasn't exactly disappointed. Just bemused. I did like how they didn't make the hypotenuse an absolute jerk.

John Carpenter's The Thing

Pants. Brown. Heavy. Need. New. Ones.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon

CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chocolate

The closest we'll get to River Tam Beats Everyone Up. Actually I want to see a movie with Summer Glau and Yanin Vismitananda (the lead actress). That'll be so awesome!

Captain America: The First Avenger

It was enjoyable to watch!

Limitless

This movie kinda rubbed me off the wrong way. I did like the premise but all the while Bradley Cooper was on that drug and sleeping around and making money, I kept thinking what I would do with the drug.
