"Tough Choices" by Carly Fiorina She is the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard and this is her personal story about becoming the Most Powerful Woman in Business - and her downfall. The book has its moments and it's an inspirational read at times but most of the time it's a little boring and her writing style really annoys me. I got it from a friend who is very different from me and she really liked it... so I'm kinda reading it because she's recommended it.

The Shadow of the Wind, by Carlos Ruiz Zafón. I basically ran out and bought it right after I read this quote somewhere- "Every book, every volume you see here, has a soul. The soul of the person who wrote it and of those who read it and lived it and dreamed it. Every time a book changes hands, every time someone runs his eyes down its pages, its spirit grows and strengthens. "

Artemis Fowl: The Lost Colony by Eoin Colfer This is probably my favorite out of the whole series, along with The Opal Deception and The Time Paradox. I don't really like the first two books in the series because Artemis is mean.
