I'd really like to see the movie...Although from pictures, they've already ruined it. The Shade, who I bet we all know is supposed to have red eyes...in the movie has blue. It's a sad turn.

I absolutley (sp?) hate it when movies get stuff wrong. Eragon is a great book, so I hope that the movie doesn't ruin it.

I sorta don't want to see it because I think it would ruin it for me. With LotR I saw the movies, and now I bearly remeber how I imagined Middle Earth and all the people there befor the movies. I don't want that to happen with Eragon.

I will definately see it to support Eragon. I'm very curious to see how it turns out, because at the moment...
I'm extremely worried.
Arya with blonde hair
Still haven't seen any Saphira
Urgals looking like plain wild men
Brom looking too young
etc., etc.
But I will see it in theaters, hopefully.

I think Brom looks too young too! he needs to be old and Gandalf-y!

I know, he must be like 300 or something, so even with him being a rider he should look quite old. And I agree, he should be a kind of Gandalfy person, definatly with a pipe.

Yeah, he needs to have his long white beard.
Jeremy Irons looks good as Brom the Rider, but I can't imagine him as Brom the Storyteller.

I´m reading the Eldest for the first time now.. I can´t believe Murtie is gone! : ( :: hugs him :: Don´t leave me all alone! : (
And Eragon´s really unable to make Arya love him!

^Yeah, he's not only unable, but incapable. His maturity level is way too low.

I don't think Eragon has a really low maturity. I mean, how old is he meant to be?
Currently, he's showing more maturity than most of the guys in my English class, and they're probably a similar age...

Methinks he´s almost 16 in the first book... so 16, 17 in the Eldest?
Gosh I´ve been reading the same page for days! lol

However old he is, he should have learnt by now that Arya doesn't actaully like him, and he should have got over it by now. Better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all applies here.

Well, I have my own theories about whether or not Arya likes or doesn't like him (i think there on one of the earlier pages)...

Is there? She destroye his picture thingy an all. I'll have to re read it. I reckon she already is in love with some elf, and Eragon will get mega jealous.

It's a universally known fact that guys are idiots. No matter what world/time/age they are. They'll always act immature and be complete idiots around girls. Not that I have much experience in this department, but boys will be boys. And considering who and what Ayra is, I'm not at all surprised at how hard he fell for her. And as much as I may be contradicting myself here, she's the kind of girl, I'm assuming, that you don't "get over" too easily. But again, boys will be boys, and they'll always continue to act like completely pathetic nincompoops.
(Please excuse any of my feminist rants here... )
