Annabelle Lee is soo....

But my all time favorite of his is the Bells. Its so fun to read out loud, isn't it?

The Black Cat is about a man. He likes animals and his wife has a cat named Pluto. One day the man tried to move Pluto, but the cat bit him. Angry, the man picked up a pen ang gouged out the cats eye. The man feels sorry for it, but like in all Of Edgar's tale, he soon becomes insane. He hangs the cat from a tree and that night his house burns. He and his wife manage to escape. He finds another cat that looked just like Pluto (its even missing an eye. The only difference is a white splotch in its chest) and brings it home. The cat almost trips him, and in anger he tries to strike it with his axe. His wife stops him, which was a very bad move on her part. He whacks her with his axe, and she dies. He then holes her up in the basement wall. After four days the police come to his house. He lets them look around. When hi gets to the basement he taps the wall, admiring how strong they were. From inside the wall comes yelling. The policemen tear apart the wall to find the wife's corpse with the cat on top. The white splotch in his chest is in the shape of a gallows.
