Love Celtic Women! I understand that Mairéad Carlin has left the group and is now working on some solo music. Tara McNeill has replaced her after the end of the Destiny tour. Here is a nice performance from 2014 from Tara, the newest Celtic Woman!

Ok... it's official... the Irish accent has to be THE COOLEST sounding accent in the entire world...
I had noticed that she had left but never heard any reasons why.
Here is one of their newer (Newer to me anyways since I don't follow closely other than what I find on youtube.) videos that I REALLY liked. The song has such a catchy beat.

Was listening to an album I played a lot when I was in high school. The album is Past Present and Future by Al Stewart. The song 'Roads to Moscow' is a great history lesson in a song, and for some reason every time I listen to it I get all teary eyed. I guess it's the way it tells a story of a Russian soldier in world war 2.

I love how they used to make the songs so long in the older days. I wish they would do that more now days. That song does have a good lesson and I love the guitar in it.
Here is mine for today, been a bit obsessed with three of Jana Kramar's songs lately.

Peter Hollen is an amazing talent and I loved the way they did that song!
Here is mine for today. This song always reminds me of my days working at a gas station... totaly understand the attitude it's talking about because almost everyone who worked there had that attitude.

A little out of my typical style but I actually really liked this song. It's got a good beat to it.

A simple "Music video" but I learned to play this song when I was in my late teens and I love watching his hands as he plays!
