((Sorry if this has already been made before.))

Have you ever heard a song and say "OMGosh, that reminds me so much of me!" I know that I do that all the time. It's a fun little game :P

There are many songs that remind me of myself. :P

ALL the songs that Evanescence has come out with is a Perfect example of my relationships and what I am like.
here are a few:

1. "Call Me When You're Sober" - Evanescence
This song is a PERFECT example of my relationship with my father. He is alcoholic and I hardly ever see him when he is sober. I'm always alone because of his alcoholism. :(

2. "Imaginary" - Evanescence
I tend to daydream and dream to escape my painfull reality, and feelings of feeling helpless and unimportant.

3. "Don't Give Up" - Peter Gabriel
I always feel like giving up on myself and people tell me all the time "Don't give up."

4. "Nobody's Listening" - Linkin Park
No one ever listens to me and it really starts to get annoying. As fate would have it, I'm always right in the end. Either that or I'm just compleatly ignored. :(

5. "Somewhere I Belong" - Linkin Park
I'm still trying to find my place in this world. I wish I found it :(

6. "From the Inside" - Linkin Park
This song reminds me of my mother, just the thought of her makes me feel like I'm being torn apart because of what has happened between us.

7. "No Giving Up" - Crossfade
Really all that I hold onto to keep me from doing something that might get me kiiled is my freinds and my dreams. :( People tell me that I meed to survive so I can do all the wonderful things I have planned.

That's all I can think of at the moment :P

((Wow, I am a really sad and depressed person :())

EDIT: You don't have to go into detail as to why but I do. It's just something to do *shrugs*

1. 'Ironic' - Alanis Morissette (old song I think. you probably haven't heard of it)
An old man turned ninety-eight
He won the lottery and died the next day
It's a black fly in your Chardonnay
It's a death row pardon two minutes too late
Isn't it ironic ... don't you think

It's like rain on your wedding day
It's a free ride when you've already paid
It's the good advice that you just didn't take
Who would've thought ... it figures

Mr. Play It Safe was afraid to fly
He packed his suitcase and kissed his kids good-bye
He waited his whole damn life to take that flight
And as the plane crashed down he thought
'Well isn't this nice...'
And isn't it ironic ... don't you think

2. 'In the End' - Linkin Park

3. 'Going Under' - Evanescence

4. 'I'm Not Okay' - My Chemical Romance

5. 'Holiday' - Green Day

@ LDM - Ironic is very good song. I have that CD, I'm old school like that

I just thought of another song:

(Rip Out The)Wings of A Butterfly - HIM

Going Under is another as well. Come to think of it all Evanescence's songs remind me of me
