As a Finn I say yesh!! Lordi deserved to win!

A. They had the most entertaining act(the pyros people!)

B. They are original with their costumes I think and they have made them themselves, if I remember correctly

C. Metal just rules and thats what we Finns do best..

Ironically for those greeks whom were going to sue Lordi for satanisim, greek gave us full 12 points!

OMG! It was brilliant! Lordi did that thing that many pretty boys had tried but haven't succeeded... Lordi won! I'm so happy! I knew that tehy had a change and we have waited this so long 40 years! Did you know that Lordi get 292 points also in the semi-finals. OMG I just can't believe it! Really this is something unbelievable... Hard Rock Halleluja! See you at Helsinki next year!

Here in Finland we have this saying "When hell freezes and Finland wins the Eurovision". For 40 years we've been so bad but now we did it!
I basicly laughed the entire time when they were giving points for the songs. It was unbelieveable.
Go Lordi!

Definetly deserved there win. Every other contestant IMHO was utter rubbish.
I only really watched for Lordi and laughed my backside off at every point they got. I voted for them 5 times lol 3 times by SMS, 2 by landline.
I did a celebratory headbang when they won. AWESOME!

I'm from the UK..but I have to say....our entry was TERRIBLE. Awful in every way. No redeeming features.

I think UK's song was ok It was not awesome but absolutely not the worst!!
I liked also Denmark's song and I think Ireland would have deserved more points than it get because it was really beautiful song and so was Bosnia-Hertzegovina's song too!

Ok, Lordi won my vote for their creativity. In my opinion, there were better songs, but I'm glad that Lordi won.
Though I have to say that my people were GREAT!! - Bosnia and Herzegovina simply rocked. Well, in our own way that is

I agree on that. The song of the Ireland was beautiful and so was Bosnia and Herzegovina s Leijla. Very beautiful song and I liked the show but I stilll think that Lordi was winner in all ways. For example I can say that even the third place would have been good. I was so surprised when they counted the votes....

I really didn't like Lithuanias, it was like a really bad football chant...and that is never a good thing in my eyes.
Although...it was nowhere near as bad as the UKs excuse for a song.

Agreed... funny how I have heard Lordi`s frst single and after that I haven`t really happened to hear the songs all tough when their first single came I was very confused with my music and I didn`t really listen to anything. Now that I listen to their older songs I must say they are quite good... not bad at all... Hard Rock Halleluja is playing all the time (In my head )

But is it just me or am I kinda... stupid or a hypocrite?... since... that I have noted them only along with Eurovisions(I did like their songs before victory, but now got more of em... am)

Yes they should have won but i think Lithuania should have got higher for their song:
