I'm creeping in here, where I haven't crept before, and wondering if there are any nerds out there like me who listen mostly to the PotC and LotR soundtracks. Cause you know, that's me.

I usually listed to PotC during math and LotR during other stuff - I love math now because I listen to PotC during it! But yeah, I'm a nerd, that's basically all I listen to.

So, anyone like me out there?

Well, the first CD I ever bought was the FotR soundtrack. And then the TTT soundtrack. And then the PotC soundtrack, and then the RotK soundtrack. And it was only after those purchases that I started getting into a ton of other music. But I still listen to those soundtracks a lot! :-D

That was what I was like until about a year ago. All I ever listened to was LotR, with an occasional PotC rendition thrown in. But then I started watching LotR music videos, and found out that *gasp* I actually like some modern music! Now I listen to a lot of really random stuff... half of which are music video songs (you know that question on the A-U obsession test, "you listen to songs you would never otherwise listen to because they were in LotR music videos?" I'm convinced that question was made for me).

I still listen to the LotR and PotC soundtracks A LOT though. I'm listening to CotBP right now. :)

I'm all over the road with music. I don't listen to POTC/LOTR unless I feel very thoughtful usually, but I LOOOOVE movie music in general. It's always the first thing I notice during a movie and I have a huge collection of movie soudntracks. There's just something amazing about the power of them. Right now my fave is Narnia tho. It's so magical sounding.

I actually haven't heard much of the Narnia one, I should get it. The only two I own are FotR and CotBP, but I listen to them so much they're really all I need :P

I know exactly what you mean! About the only band I really listen to is Evanescence, and most of my other cds are soundtracks. I should probably make a list of them..

I grew into it, though I certainly haven't lost my intense love for PotC and LotR music. They're still my favorite thing to listen to. :)

And I love what I've heard of the Newsboys. They make me happy. :-D

Yeah, they're pretty awesome. Casting Crowns is my favourite, though - even though I listen to my soundtracks way more. I love them so much, I know exactly which bits are my favourite and how to skip to them.

I can recognize any part of the three LotR soundtracks by just hearing a few seconds. Then once I listed off, in order, all the track names of the FotR soundtrack. I didn't find that very impressive, but it freaked my friends out!

Yup! Soundtrack junkie here! :P I listen to mostly soundtracks, as well as many christian bands.... Ok, this may sound wierd, but I make up 'stories' in my head while listening to a soundtrack, basicly a story that goes to the music. They're all pretty wierd....

 I... do that too... I am finding out that I am, in fact, normal. XD

I own both PotC CD's and burn all my LotR music off the computer. I just recently grew into listening to "real bands" [Last night actually. :p] but I still love my soundtracks!
