"Wait for me here, my love. I'm going to talk with my niece for a moment. I won't be long." she told Legolas. Legolas gently wrapped her in a warm embrace. "Don't be." he whispered before kissing her gently on the lips. Elenriel smiled at him and then walked up to Haldir. She put a comforting hand on her shoulder. "I'm sure he will return soon" she said gently. "Have you checked the woods by the swamp? I know young boys tend to enjoy playing there."

Jax raced through the weeds to where his mother and Elenriel Greenleaf were.
"HI mom! REally got to go there are orcs comming!" he informed them bursting out of the underbrush.
