I'm 13, turning 14 in May. And I'm a girl

I'm 14, I'll be 15 on January 11th.



I always get that. The other day this woman thought I was a college student! And then if I wear my school uniform (I live in the uk ) in like a DIY shop people think I work for the shop and start asking me about the paint!

I live in the UK too. But that's never happened to me...

I turned 16 about 3 weeks ago. Im a lad and often mistaken for a 17-18 year old .

Fifteen in about three weeks. People always tell me I look stg like 19 - do I need a plastical surgeon or what?!

for girls its bad to look older but its fine for lads to look older?Why?

(okay... but I have a strange sense of humor. Don't freak out. )

I was having a haircut in hair dressing salloon about a year ago - I was newly 14 - and of curse, culdn't resist chatting with the hairdresser. And she asked me 'How is college?' Crazy cause I was at the prim. school then.
And as we travelled from Brussels back home (16 hours of sitting in a bus... you should try it, seriously) we stopped on a petrol station and I bought vodka for my mom.. thouhh I'm like 4 years too young to be allowed to do that, lol.

For a normal person it's not really funny but I find 75% of things hilarious so yeah...

I'm 18 and people tend to think I'm around 15 or 16. Someone actually told me I looked 12 before but I think they were exaggerating.

People thought I was a freshmen for the first three years of high school and then when I became a senior they upgraded me to sophmore lol.

Hmm, very good question.
Well, alot of the time girls want to look younger. This is because most girls are more warry of their looks and dread getting old and looking old. We want to allways look beutiful and we're worried that the older we are and the more we show it the less beutiful we'll be. Plus the fact that girl celebs have the money and will to have plastic surgery and tons of make up on all the time and magazine writters and other forms of media project the idea that that's what it takes to look young and looking young is what it takes to look beutiful. Then that makes other girls think that those celebs look beutiful and so they feel like they Have to do what those girls do and that they Have to look young. At least that's the way I understand it. Though I am a girl I don't look older than I am (actually the opposite) so I don't realy worry about looking old. However I'm super conscious of my weight and it seems like many of the things that makes girls want to be thin are the same things that makes girls want to look young.
For some reason most guys don't think as much about their apperance. Plus some girls realy just don't care about what their boy freind looks like so long as their nice (not that that's a bad thing), there is probabley one of the reasons why guys don't care about their looks. I guess it's just the diffence between girls and guys.
So in short people think that girls Have to look young to look good (like most girls want to look) so it's not allright for girls not to look young and guys and their girl freinds usally don't care if they look young/good so it's okay if they don't. I think it's a bit stupid and I could be wrong but I think that that's how it goes.
I don't know that any of that made sense or that I answered your question at all but I tryed.

My birthday's in August.

I dont midn looking older than I am. Doesnt really matter to me. Also Kitoky, I imagined th emoderators to be older than me. I think youve given me a verbal bashin and i imagined the moderators to be around 17 soz lol.
