The preist told the boys to switch horses! So, that way, who ever makes it there first wins, because the other was riding his horse, and so his horse made it there last. Now that I see the answer, it's like, duh!

lol! Now, I have one for you!
This is an unusual paragraph. I'm curious how quickly you can find out what is so unusual about it? It looks so plain you would think nothing was wrong with it! It is unusual though. Study it, and think about it, but you still may not find anything odd. But if you work at it a bit, you might find out! Try to do so without any coaching!

Well thank you very much! I started laughing when I figured it out.
And as to that paragraph, I think I have that too, but I'll let people stew over it for a bit. But I'm ashamed to admit that I looked at that paragraph and spent a lot of my time trying to figure out the amount of syllables and silly things. And then I thought it might have every letter of the alphabet, but that wasn't it either... 
And then I figured it out.
