PD was, once more, lost in her thoughts as she picked up a caramel and popped it into her mouth. "why don't the ghosts pop in and see what each of the "sleeping" members are doing? And if someone is awake and moving around in a suspicious way they can tell us... after all the ghosts don't have to make themselves wholly visible so the person in the room can see them... and it might help us to see if someone in the house is on the move to commit another possible murder... did that make sense?" PD sat back and waited to see if anyone would reply.

Melda, unaware of the newly discussed no-wandering policy, was in fact wandering again. Having explored all the bedrooms, and the door of the ones that wouldn't open, she'd descended to the basement, curiousity having quite eclipsed fear. It was very dark so far, and cobwebby, but there didn't appear to be very much of consequence. When she ventures up again, the kitty ears were askew and the black cloak had acquired a rip on something or other. Melda righted the ears and surveyed the cloak in annoyance, before wandering into the kitchen in search of a snack.

"Well in all honestly, being dead isn't so bad," said Ælfthryth lazily, trying to pick a book up. "I'm rather enjoying not having to fear anything."

"hm, I don't think I have a split-personality... I've always been a very steadfast person. At least I THINK I have" PD was starting to feel extremely unsafe even in this room full of people she used to call 'friends'. "Ælfthryth, do you think you're up to at least try it?"

"Great idea! After all, you guys don't sleep... what else have you got to do?" Taur said to the ghosts.

"I guess," she said, glancing over at PD with a slightly hassled look. "I mean, I may as well, since I can't even pick a BOOK up properly yet." She gave up trying to angrily de-shelf the entire library and fluttered over to the huddled group.

"I'm afraid I might get bored...If I refuse to leave my body if I get killed, can I animate myself?" The thought was amusing, but she had a distinct image of puppets on strings in her mind. Being a puppet of herself was definitely not on her list of things to accomplish. "What do we all think about the split-personality idea?"

"Well we ARE in costumes... maybe someone got a little carried away," said Ælfthryth chuckling, despite her dead self.
