^look at what happens when I leave for a few days! I get suspected of murder!  little me?  poor PD...

22nd October Summary
Fluffy, ~Indilwen~, Eä and others spent the morning drinking tea and/or coffee in the dining room and kitchen.
Kitoky announced that it was time to have a council and determine who to accuse as the murderer.
Kitoky mentioned that all the coffe had disappeard. All 39 bags.
Much discussion took place in the Headquarters thread as to who the most likely suspect was. The primary suspects mentioned were Calloniel (PD), Elegost Eruaphadion, Jocelyn A. Rose, and Turwaithion. Eventually it was determined that Turwaithion would be accussed, with Tar-Samara acting as spokesperson for the group.
The trial took place at 9:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) in the Study. The Thain, Bubbles the 5th, Jocelyn A. Rose, Tar-Samara, Nurrantiel Mashiara, Turwaithion, Taurquende, Lady Death, Fragile Silence and Kitoky were all present at the accusation. Kitoky using her magic eight ball, announced that Turwaithion is not, in fact, guilty of being the murderer.
Tar-Samara, Kitoky, Jocelyn A. Rose, and Mrs. Haldir played a game of billiards late into the night. Lady Death observed.

I've only got round to amending this one a little bit, although I have started on the others, so they'll be the first things I post tomorrow. Bear with me peeps.
P.S I've only added two things, one of which I think is kind of important.

The murdering books in question turned out to be from that ever popular series, Twilight which the Lord and Lady Death disliked.
Lord and Lady Death were inspecting the Library, when Lady Death wanted a closer look at a Twilight book. Hundreds of books them came tumbling down, and the last thing she remembered was the smell of flowers seemingly coming from the carpet itself.
Many of the books, came with the house although some were donated by the community and friends, and some were purchased, and Kitoky brought her own.
The poor, long suffering Horseman was sent into a tizzy, when the novel Flowers For Algernon was mentioned as a possible clue to the murderer.
Flowers were connected to Jocelyn. A Rose.
It was also mentioned how ironic that Lord and Lady Death were killed by Twilight and Saffron, a cat lover, was killed by water.
It was suggested that maybe Lord and Lady Death were unconsciously attracted to that area of the Library because of a particular scent.
Febreeze was suggested as being the reason behind the flowery scent on the carpet. If it is missing, then it is the third thing to go walkies along with the tools and the cate Winter.
Kitojy did the Polka and nearly killed The Headless Horseman in the process.

PD, good to see you around again! And honestly, I found the very idea of you being a murderer really, really odd... it's such a disconnect from what you're actually like.

^ *laughs out loud* No. It's just PD is so open and honest, I can barely imagine it being her.
Of course, one thing I think we all do need to keep in mind: the murderer is assigned. They're playing a part, just like us. So when suspecting each other and so on, there shouldn't be any animosity; as far as I know, Kit chose the murderer, the murderer didn't choose herself.
