I was just trying to make you feel a little less... odd. Most of my Muse came from my (Successful) attempt to find every song they have recorded, live or in the studio, that remains available to mankind. You should have him check out http://www.muselive.com/ if he hasn't already...

In iTunes you use the search function (or browse, but I have that turned off) to get so it just shows the band you want, and at the bottom it says something like "55 items, 2.7 hours, 194.5 MB."
"Man Overboard (Tom Lord-Alge Remix)" - Blink-182
"Wait" - Dogs
"Everything Hits" - Vega4
"Dear Jenny" - The Dresden Dolls
"The Ocean" - The Bravery
"In the House - In a Heartbeat" - John Murphy (28 Days Later OST)
"Our Retired Explorer (Dines with Michel Foucault in Paris, 1961)" - The Weakerthans
"Our Smallest Adventures" - I Was a Cub Scout
"Lonesome Organist Rapes Page Turner" - The Dresden Dolls
"The Unwinding Cable Car" - Anberlin

In Windows Media you sort by Artist and then by ... length or count. I forgot and am too lazy to check. If you like neither WMP nor iTunes enqueue all the artist's songs in Winamp and check the duration. (useful when you keep all your music organized by folders)
