It says at th top of the thread that multiple people can pick the same person and then it will randomly be decided between then. So you could always give that a go? And I guess marrying the actor doesn't mean you get their other roles with them so for example Indiana Jones, Han Solo (from star wars) and Harrison Ford himself would all be different potential spouses. So you don't need to worry about annoying roles with the actors  _________________

So, as you may or may not know, I am in charge of organizing an Elven Ball for Valentine's Day as a part of the revival. There was talk about integrating this with the family trees, i.e. everyone brings their chosen spouse as their date, but I doubt we'll have it all finalized in time. Would it be all right if dates for the Ball were just a free-for-all, first-come first-serve, meaning that even if someone has claimed a spouse (for example, Lembas chose Legolas) a different person could bring them to the ball? (like Amara, who wants to?) I think it would be simpler that way--and give a chance for some of us to have a last hurrah before we're tied down with one spouse. XD That sounds weird out of context...
Anyway, let me know your thoughts.

Arabella, how do the ball things work exactly?
I saw the topic for them, but I wasn't sure. Are they posted in one of the RP forums, or is it RPing as ourselves in Misc. Randomness?

You guessed right the second time. It's a just-for-fun RP situation where we RP ourselves and our dates interacting with each other. Seems to me there are a lot of people around here who are still torn between two (or more) possible husbands  If they could bring one to the Valentine's ball, and take one as their spouse, maybe that will make things easier, haha! _________________

I'm really sorry about the delay, and I really don't have time at the moment to do anything else but I had a message from Lhunardaien and I've said to just do whatever you guys need to do to keep everything going. I'd love to still help out and stay on top of this, but I really don't want to keep everything at a standstill. I really didn't expect to get so busy at the very start of the semester but I am, and I really need to keep on top of everything at college before anything else.
As soon as things calm down a little I'll be back to help out with what I can/whatever stage you're at, but just go ahead and get everything going.
