"Under the staircase?" Mist said, raising her eyebrows. Suddenly, she grabbed TT by the hand and rushed forward. "Come on, everyone, let's check." She looked around at the others, watching to see if anyone else was coming.

Our dear host is quite funny when exasperated.

Susy, not to be outdone when it came to her own idea, ran after Mist and TT. When she finally caught up to them she slowed to a pace right beside them. "I think we should start with the staircase in the foyer. It's the biggest I think." She looked over her shoulder at the rest of the group. "Maybe one of our dear ghosts would like to go through the wall and see what they can find?"

"That's a marvelous idea, Susy," replied Mist, lightening her hold on TT's hand. "The ghosts really could help us that way. Have you seen any clues as to the existence of this room before, or do you think we're going to have to go tapping panels until we find it?"

Evening followed the others, then, upon hearing the suggestion of “going through a wall”, her eyes widened slightly. “Ah yes. I forgot ghosts possess such a skill. Well, here goes!” Taking a deep breath, she drifted through the wall.
A long pause.
“Are you guys coming with me?” she called.

Susy was feeling pretty good about herself till Mist posed a question about clues to the room. "No, it was just a guess. I was hoping that either Nurr or Evening would find where the room is, if there is one, and how to get into it. Tapping on panels sounds as good of an idea as any though."

“Well, um…. it seems pretty dark in here!” Evening called through the wall, encouraged by the sound of a voice from the other side. “Do you think Kitoky would mind if I tried to break through the wall? You know, so you lot can get through and hold your meeting?”
A pale, see-through fist launched through the wall as if attempting to knock it down.

Mist covered her face with her hands again, letting TT free. "Oh Evening, you're a ghost!" she cried. "But at least we know that there's a room back there, after all..." She drew her sword, and began knocking heavily on the panels with its hilt.

"I think knocking down the wall might make our screct hiding place less..well...secret. Do you see a lever inside, Evening?" Susy called.

TT heaved a sigh of relief wen Mist lessened, and finally let go of the grip she had on her hand. In all seriousness, Mist really had a death grip.

"So, there's room behind there that only the ghosts amoung us can get to? Perfect." TT's voice was laden with sarcasm. She then brightened up. "Horseman, sir, what would you say to getting your horse to knock down the wall?"

TT pouted. "But how cool would knocking down a wall, be?" She shrugged after a minute's reflection, however. "You be right, I suppose... where to now, then?"

Evening let out an ear-shattering shriek for good measure.
“Ahem.” She cleared her throat. “Wait a moment!”
She concentrated on making the eerie ghost light that surrounded her brighter. In a moment the room which beforehand had been utterly dark was lit up with her ghostly glow. The room contained a few dusty armchairs and a fireplace with a cool-looking mantelpiece. “Aha! Yes, there’s a lever here.” She eyed it suspiciously. “Okay, so I’m a ghost! How can I make the lever work?”
