*heaves collective sigh*
Hahaha! Anyone ever wonder if this is the reason there aren't many males on AU?

Possibly. I just choose to believe that most males aren't "forumy" people.

I think it's partly because they are not forumy, and they can't hack it amongst the fairer and brighter sex.
They also have to contend with random drool fests as well.

I'll go with those theories. Especially the part about fairer and brighter sex.

You know something.... I think it might be Holly Short.
I've just been re-reading some posts on the night of Kitty's murder and I just have the strangest feeling.
What if it's all to do with a play on her name? Short.
So far, none of the murders have been physical, they have all required little strength. What if the sheet music was folded to make it smaller for someone who has small pockets etc. Holly is also an Elf... Many Meetings... Rivendell?
However, I don't think she was there for last years Hallowfest. But the two LL's in the picture Kit drew is bugging me. AND there is a big arrow pointing to the H of whodunnit.
And what does "RIP 'yill next year 2009" mean? We are in 2009? Has someone who died in 2008 come back to life now?
EDIT: disounting the "short" theory, the only other person with an H and 2 L's in their name is Lothiriel Le Fey: was she here last year and did she die?

The arrow pointing to the H and the underlined L's are suspicious. It just seem too obvious, if we're given three letters out of five in the first name...
By the way, Rosa Callisto has a double-L in her name... but no H.
The tombstone doesn't bug me so much since it might mean "R.I.P. til next year" and then this year.. just you know.. because it is 2009.
I like your theory about Short but I think it's difficult to read a lot out of Holly's posts since she's mostly interacting with her consort, Artemis, at least in her longer posts...
Looking forward to your summary... *cough* No pressure at all... *cough*
And I'm off for tonight!

I'm gonna help you out. [points to the space of white paper between <i>'til next you</i> and <i>2009</i>].
Also, I want everyone to go to the attic and get a costume, seriously. Now. That's a command from your hostess.

*was the first to get a costume, before Kit even asked* I'm a good little elf. ...Yeah, right.
JF, that's actually a very interesting theory... definitely worth looking into...

"Hallowfest" also has an H and two L's. Just gonna throw that out there.
I'm not sure I want to discount Fragile yet. But I'll set her aside for the moment.

There's nothing to see there Kit.. or I must be blind..
I don't know if it already has been said but Lions and Tigers and Bears is actually a song by Jazmine Sullivan, a R&B music singer.
Also I thought that the Many Meetings sheet music might refer to meeting people, welcoming people.. so that only leaves Maeve as Welcomator. (It actually fitted with the HH.. but yeah.. )
Edit: Maeve seems to dislike Rap music and she does love Snape the poition master.. is close to poison eh? Oh and she liked dark chocolate..

I can't see anything either... which may mean Kit is going to add something there that might be useful.
Oh, a R&B song? Interesting...
There are a lot of welcomers here though so that could be a clue.

[sigh] It looks like I'm gonna have to spell this one out.
There is a bigger space in between 'til next you and 2009, ergo, they don't relate to each other at all. I just wrote that logo on their to indicate that it's the 2009 event on AU.

You know you like helping us Kit. It confirms the fact that you are a superior species of AU dwellers.

Wrapped in nothing <i>but</i> a bow?
[Kit hurriedly blocked out the cameras for this scene, which was not suitable for younger audience members.]
