"...It could work...." Violet said. Anyways, there wasn't anything else within her reach, and she didn't want to risk moving to get another weapon. After all, both Kitty and TT could be suspects, and Violet wasn't taking any risks.

Kitty still hadn't stopped laughing when Violet was finally freed from her bubble wrap prison. "TT and I were just heading up to the attic to look for some costumes. Kit says there's a wardrobe up there full of costumes that we are free to play with," she said to Violet. "Would you like to join us? Apparently we all need costumes for the little trick or treaters."

Deria got up and wandered around until she found everyone else in the attic. "Costumes?" she asked in dismay. "I haven't worn a costume since I was...well...about 8. Couldn't I just wear that thing I wore the first night and be some, I don't know, princess-type-horrible-thing from some random place? It was fancy, and I have crystal hair sticks too..." she sighed. In all her life she'd only been about 3 types of princess and a cat. Well, lots of costumes for ballet recitals, but that didn't count. Come to think of it, she had some point shoes in her cloak-that-has-pretty-much-evereything-she-needs-in-it. She could always find a suitable dress for that purpose...

Morfinneth heard the other guests talking about the trick-or-treat weekend at the mansion. She and her husband had heard about upon their arrival and were thinking of bringing their son to trick-or-treat. After all, it would be first year celebrating Halloween, one he would remember. Perhaps Celephinnon should send word to his brothers back to bring their son. "We should find a costume, love," he said to his wife. "Aye," Morfinneth replied. "There is a wardrobe in the attic. Let us go to a look and see what we can find." The two headed upstairs to the attic. Many of the other guests were looking for a costume as well.

Having gotten used to that following the voices of people, was almost a sure give away as to where everyone was, Eä strolled off towards the attic. Obviously, she swung by the kitchen first to stuck up before the strenous adventure to the attic. As usual, Eä fixed herself a snack completely undisturbed as the servants, who one would think would be busy around the kitchen area, were nowhere to be seen, but Eä had long ago learned her way around the kitchen. She wasn't complaining as long as they didn't run out of food.
Having so provisioned she set off straight to the attic, finding an assorted selection of the guests of the mansion - and a Burger King.... person, she much later recognized as their dear hostess.
"Aww, we're having trick or treat?!"
She exclaimed and clapped her hands together, enthusiastically, not missing an opportunity to twirl around either.
"Can I go as an ordinary human?"
She held up a pair of Urban Outfitters jeans and a Roxy T-shirt.
"How about this? 'S'up dude!'"
Giggling like a teenager, she tried various handsigns and postures.

Susy stepped up and looked through the costumes. She turned one round and round trying to figure out what it was. "Oo! It's a taco!" she exclaimed. Quickly she slipped into it. "So, do you guys think it's me?"

"Alright," Violet said, bounding up toward the attic without waiting for TT or Kitty. "Costumes are fun." She ran toward the wardrobe but stopped at the sight of a Burger King and a...taco? Oh, that was Kit and Susy Q. Violet giggled, at the same time wandering whether Susy could be hiding anything dangerous in the large taco costume. "It's nice..."
She dove into the wardrobe and dug through the costumes when she found it. It must have once been a pumpkin costume, but now it was a stained purple color, probably from grape juice or something. Violet giggled and slipped into it.
From behind the wardrobe, a moving white sheet appeared. "Meow," it said.

Bounding up the stairs the attic, Kitty laughed at the sight of a giant taco standing in the middle of the room. "Susy," Kitty said between bursts of laughter, "You look ridiculous. But I love it." Kitty then made her way over the wardrobe. Before opening it, however, she pulled a lighter from the pocket of her coat. She lit it up and then opened the door. "Oh well," she said, "I guess I'm not Lucy Pevensie." Kitty disappeared inside the wardrobe, only to reappear with a cry of delight, holding what was could only be a Jedi robe and lightsaber. "I've always wanted to be Obi Wan Kenobi!" she exclaimed. "So, what do you think?" she asked with a smile.

"Heyy" TT called after Violet. "We go through all this trouble, and you don't even wait for us?"
Laughing, TT followed her up the stairs. In the attic, she saw many of her fellow guests dressing up in various costumes. From amusing absurd, to undeniably awesome.
Slowly, TT gravitated towards the wardrobe... What would she find within?

The Horseman sniffed and said in reply to Kit "I accept your apology, and everyone else's" he said looking around. "I apologise myself for the way I acted" he added with a bow. "I have not been feeling myself lately... a certain... ah...thought has been preoccupying my mind, and it is difficult for me to comprehend" he said with a little sigh.
"But!" he said "let that not interfer with our quest!" he said as he hroup hugged his fellow guests before setting them down, as they made their way to the attic.
The Horseman sat down quietly and watched as everyone opened the box of clothes and tried differnt things on.
"Ooh" he said as he found a sombrero. "Nice" and he placed it on his..er...*ahem*.... "How do I look?" he asked.
