Fireworks burst into the air over the party tree in sparkles of every colour. Daerka watched and clapped as each one became more spectacular than the one before. What a great way to end the ball, she thought. Quickly, she decided to head to the party field for one last dance.

"Firweorks!" Prisca yelled out, delighted. The fireworks were always her favorite part in the ball, and the idea of her shooting two off would almost make her faint.

"Want to go and ge thtm?" Frodo whisphered into Prisca's ear.

"Oh yes!" Prisca delightedly admitted as she turned around to see the decision had already been made.

"Let's go," Merry said, as they all ran off to Bag End to end the ball on their terms.

Tigerlily joined in the "Ooh!"'s and "Ahh!"'s as she watched the fireworks burst into the air. And she clapped her hands as the sky exploded into vibrant colors.
Then, noticing that everyone was off for a final dance, she ran off to join them.

The five hobbits ran back with their fireworks. "If we are going to do this, we need to do it now," Pippin said.

Setting up the fireworks in the ground, they all arranged the order they were going to lit in: Sam's (so he can run and the evidence is gone), Merry's, Prisca's, Frodo's, and then Pippin's.

Sam, grabbing the first match, lit his first firework. Shooting up into the air, the firework burst into a large circle with red and blue scattered over it. "Next one!" Prisca cried from excited. Sam, himself, was truly excited and hurried to lite the second one, which was the same basic shape as the first but with purple and green colors instead.

The whole group squeeled from amazement and all of them proceeded to lite their fireworks individually. Merry lit both of his fireworks at the same time. Frodo and Pippin had two of their fireworks run into each other and create a massive explosion in the air. All of the other was went off just as they were planned.

"We need to not be here," Merry said, seeing Gandalf's face perplexed from not knowing where the extra fireworks came from.

"To the dance," Prisca called out as they all ran to the dancing area.

Poppy and Edward hurried into the quickly-emptying field, watching the last of the fireworks. They didn't realize the ball ended so soon!

"Oh dear, we've missed everyone the past two days!" Poppy said sadly to Edward.

"It's alright, we still have the ball at the end of the summer," Edward replied reassuringly. Then he put his arm around her and they followed the rest of the party-goers as they headed for one last dance.
