Book (use your brains and some tools to figure out how to open the desk...) or SWORD (if you've gotta chop your hair off or bash the desk into a billion pieces.

(oh by the way, just a quick note for everyone just in case there is still a little confusion in this area due to my ever-wavering ability to explain things clearly..."Sword" is really just another word for "action", meaning that when you choose that your answer has something to do with physically doing something...and "Book" is really using your brain and using "words", so when you choose your answer, it has to do with reasoning or talking with someone, or just working the problem out with smarts or words...sometimes involving very minor actions to go with it. Like getting counselling. And "Pass" of course, is saying that you can't do anything and it's completely up to the person that has the problem. Got it? I hope so...*gulps*)
Anyway...
