Hey pip that sounds like Kelli is a real good fiend. it's good that you have someone to help you through these things. And i hope things get better. and lol I will agree with Arwen your not pathetic.
I cant say to much on he ishue bcause as you know I have never delt with anything like that. in the slightest... lol so yeah. Just hope it works out in accordance to His will.
Sounds hopefull Arwen. i sure hope you made it I will keep praying.
lol another snow? That's almost rediculouse. I have an Aunt who has family up there in colorado (sp?) and she told me that they had bunches of snow already. How manny inches do you think you guys have got so far?
We just got 10 inches of snow here ( I know not much compared to you guys) but a couple inches have already metled because it warm (thankfully) lol Besides that my sister got a beegle puppy and she is roudy as anything! lol
Other than that I have one question I thought maybe you guys could help me out with.
I know I need to be friends with the kids in our youth group but it's really hard for me to interact, open up, and to trust people.... So any sugestions on how I could go about getting over that? Well, I willl continue to pray for the both of you. Hope you both have wonderfull days and He will be with you and bless you.

I agree- Kelli does sound like a really great friend. I'm so grateful that this year I found someone kind of like that. Plus you guys, of course- the best friends I could ask for.
Inches?? Oh, no- we're certainly measuring in feet now. Hmm.... there has been a total of 4 big blizzards. So I'd say... about 8-10 feet. Spread out. Right now we have 5 feet on the sides of streets and in the yards and everything, depending on where you are. Thankfully they got the streets pretty clear though. It's unusual for us to get so much though, so 10 inches is still quite a bit.
I wish I could help answer that question, Jax. But actually I struggle with it day-to-day myself. I'm sooooo shy, and so scared to open up to and trust people. For some reason I'm afriad... I can't explain it. I only have a small group of friends that I'm finally doing better with... there is only a small group of people that I really talk to- you two, Stacey, and my sister. Besides that I always seem to seclude myself from the world. The only advice I can give on this matter is what you already know- pray to God, He'll lead you down the right path. I'll also continue to keep you in my prayers. I think that this problem is something that all three of us have greatly in common.

Yes, kelli is one of the best friends that anyone could ever ask for.....i thank God everyday for giving me her; for letting me meet her. Without her, i would be so lost....
Well, u guys r lucky....we finally got a snow day 2day! yes! lol it only snowed like an inch, though...like, no joke. lol But there was lots of ice, so they were like, no school! score! lol This is the 1st snow day we've had literally in 4 years! ack!
Same here, Jax....i'm sorry...but this is something i struggle with, as well. The guy....u know, the one i like....ok, i'm gonna call him Sam. That's me & my friend's codename 4 him...it's a long story y, so i wont bore u w/ it. lol But neways, Sam is always trying 2 get me 2 open up 2 him....he's always telling me that i dont have 2 be afraid; that i can trust him; that he's not going to hurt me. & i know that....& i wanna trust him so badly....i want 2 tell him everything, u know? I mean everything. But i cant. idk y. i just cant. I always hold it back. So idk.....i dont really even have any advice @ all 4 u....just wut Arwen said....pray....other than that, i cant give u any other advice....b/c i really dont know....im going through the same thing....& it's hard....really hard....i'll pray 4 u as well. I'm afraid that's the best i can do. I'm sry.

Wow! that is a lot of snow! lol I think thats a little to much for me.
Yeah, that's alright I get what you guys are saying. I think has a lot to do with personality but I don't know. I will keep you both in my prayers as well and thanks verry much for all your prayers!
Although if you could try and pray for the youth group once a day or so especially Tusdays since that is the day we have it I would really appreciate it. I just really want to help the kids and I know this is what God wants me to be doing right now. So thanks a lot!

I know... it's a bit too much for me, too.
Sure... I just wish I could help more. That's good though, Pip, that he wants you to open up to him. That's the first step. I hope that you continue to do that, but trust me, I know how hard it is.
I'm officially in the AP class!! Thank you sooooo much for your prayers, I bet they helped. Plus, my current teacher came up to me and told me that the teacher of the AP class thought that I did "absolutely brilliant" on the test, so I'm really excited!! My friend got in too, so we're the first two (going-to-be) sophmores to take the class!! Again, thank you soooooo much.
Anything new with you guys??

Things here are normal. Just watched the movie "Limity Sniket (sp) And a seriese of mysteriouse events" the other day (I think I at least spelled "and" "a" and "of" right)
I actually liked it a lot. for some reason I always like the strange thing s like that. *shrugs*

Of course, Jax.
And thanks.
Yep, I've seen that movie. It was pretty good- the books are better though. I've read all of them. They're funny.
This weekend has been great so far. My friend (Stacey) came over to spend the night last night, which was a lot of fun. We just had a Grey's Anatomy (TV show- have either of you seen it?) marathon, and then we watched Titanic. We also studied for yet another big test we have coming up, this time to get into Honors Biology. It won't be anything like the AP one, so I'm not worried though. How have your weekends been?

Wow. Thank you sooooo much!! I feel very special with all of the wavy smileys by the way.
That's so cool. I love retreats- I wish I had the oppurtunity to go on more. I'm happy that you had such a great time.
Well, right now I'm working on just about the greatest assignment anyone could ever ask for. I have to write an essay comparing a movie or book (from an "approved list") to Christianity. And LotR was on the said "approved list", so I'm doing that, of course. I'm actually enjoying it too. Other than that, nothing new. Hope that you guys are having a wonderful weekend.

Well, the last book just came out awhile back- number 13. They're pretty short though, and easy to read.
I have something exciting. My school is hosting a mission to Equador this summer, where you do volunteer work for two weeks at the beginning of June. You work with poor families, especially their kids, help teach, etc. I'm going to try to go. I think it would be soooo cool!! So I suppose that is another prayer intention. I'd really appreciate it if you kept me in your prayers- that my application goes well and I'm able to go. It's supposed to be an absolutely life changing experience.
I know what you mean, Jax... some times you just have those days where you don't want to do anything. I hope you feel ...better.. (if that's the right word).

I see. 13 is a lot of books. lol Do you know if they are planning on making any more movies?
That's cool! Hope it all goes well and I will pray!
I am sure that it will change your life in one way or another.. it seems like it would. And it nothing else you know it's got to change the lives of the people you help.
Yeah... no kidding. I have those days all the time. *sighs* lol thanks though, I always get over it eventually.

Hmm... I'm not sure. The movie is a combination of the first three books, so if they did, it would probably be another combination.
Thanks. I'm looking forward to it.
Hmmm..... shall I even say it?? ANOTHER, yes, ANOTHER snow storm. By now I'm just so sick of snow.... isn't it spring yet??
Anyway, anything new with you guys??
