I have a question, is the dating just with other members on the forum, or are we allowed to bring fictional characters (like the Bilbo's Ball one?)

If we are allowed to bring fictional characters, then I will be attending with my A-U husband, Prince Legolas.

I will probably be able to attend a couple of days, but I am still rather unsure.
