The soul mate thing is an advertisment at the top of the page. Maybe you accidently clicked on it? There should be gender and age selection box things in the middle of the page. Then when your done with those click next and it should bring you to the hundered and something questions that it has

You all seem so much more... normal than me.  You should have read the description it gave me, the "trait snapshot." It basically made me sound like an emo who has locked herself away from everyone and everything and needs serious help.
