Some slices of bread from out local bakery which, judging by its name "Tessino", derives from the southern Swiss region bordering on Italy, called "Tessin". For several reasons, this is a type of bread I prefer to eat pure, with no butter / sausage / jam / marmalade to dilute the pure bread taste. |
