Do you ever get into moods/periods where you keep saying a certain word or phrase over and over again, alsmot without meaning to? Post it here!
Currently mine is: insane in the membrane.
Also, a constant one is, but yeah.

Oh, someone pointed out to me that I say "actually" before and after sentences, like all the time.
Another one is "are you kidding me right now?"

I say stuff like 'totally' and 'dude' a lot. And I overuse 'amazing'.
Oh, and I say 'holydyslexiccow!' on a pretty much hourly basis.

So yeah.
I use that constantly. And other variations, such as "okay so" and just "yeah". Mainly to start sentences, oddly. But yeah. That.

Ummmm...
Ha ha ha.."Ummm.." is one, "What?!" is another. "Like" and "oh my god," is one that I really need to stop saying. XD
I say "Dude!" a lot too. 
There are probably lots of others, but I can't think of any...because when I use them, I'm generally not thinking about it.  _________________ "So what? So plenty!"

Haha, I start pretty much every sentence with dude. I totally forgot about that. But all my friends make fun of me for it. If I ever open my mouth to say something, they always cut me off with a unison "DUDE!"

I say for serious a lot too. I still have no idea where I picked it up [like the nickname Ammy, it was just kinda suddenly there] but people around me have started saying it.

Like is another one that's kinda bad for me, though most of the people around here are even worse. It's awful. My dad yells at/teases me about it constantly.
One I forgot: I know, right? which my friend got me started on. That's always how I seem to get started saying things a lot. It's subliminal.
