Return of the Rings 2010
Another year of Return of the Rings (RotR) has started and we are amped up for this years competition. Throughout RotR there will be chances for members to show off their skills as writers, artists, strategists, and so much more. This year we are doing things a bit differently by dividing members up into Teams who will then compete for victory! As your Team Leader I am here to keep a tally of the points Gondor earns as well as keeping team morale and answering any questions you may have. The most important thing here is to learn more about your fellow team members and just have fun! (Although a little friendly competition won't hurt. We are a city of great men and women! I expect nothing less xD)

Now a little information on the first challenge! [Make sure to check back often to this page for contests and point updates!]
Challenge 1
Create either a) a flag b) a poster or c) a song that is related to Gondor. One entry per person, and you have to choose one medium from the above listed. Take a stab at creating a flag worthy of Boromir's hand, or a song so elegant that Aragorn sings it to the night's sky. The more participation the more points!

You can find both challenges on the contest page. One challenge is a puzzle, though prepare yourselves because it will take some time... The second challenge is a re-write challenge where you can take any scene from LotR and re-write it from a different perspective (Prologue from Sauron's POV, destruction of the Ring from the Ring's POV...etc...).
