I'm totally guilty of overusing these things. :P Mine are :tongue:, :teehee:, :swoon: & :D which expresses just about everything I could want to say. :P

My absolute favorite is :teehee: Because, well, it's the only code I remember and it's obviously THE BEST. :teehee:

I use the basics

:hug: for my fellow AUers
:swoon: for all the beautiful bannerwork
:notworthy: because you guys deserve it
:yes: & :no: because I can be indecisive
:duh: every once in a while, I do or say something foolish
:'-( for some of the sadness
:wave: for all the celebrations

I´d like to use these more, just because they´re fun

Let's see, I abuse the Big Three, as I call them. :P, :), and :D. Then there's :lol: and :teehee:, which are pretty close behind.

:erm: for awkwardness. This guy appears now and then. :P

There are quite a few good ones ... and my usage depends on what I'm trying to express.

I have to say the most used one for me is the standard :lol:

I really like :storm: :headwall: :type: :punk: :explode: :drunk:

I supply a few of my own, and use: :-D :duh: :lol: :hug: :p mostly from the sites group.
