The reason I'm doing this; I'm bored with making graphics for myself, and need the practise.
This works a little like a competition or a raffle. Sort of.
To enter;
Simply post, with the name of your family tree spouse, and I'll give you an icon as a ticket. It's just that simple. I will create a poll, with a time limit, to allow you to keep track of when the deadline is. The poll will go up after a few people have entered. (Also to give me a kick up the backside, to get all the tickets made in time.) Voting in that is not required.
If your spouse is not from a fandom I know, you might have to provide a picture, so I know who they are. That picture might not be used. If I can find them on Screencapped.Net, then I'll pick the pictures.
Fandoms I know, and don't need pics for.

[*] Hunger Games (Adding this, just in case)
[*] Once Upon A Time.
Anything other than that, give me a pic reference with their name.
How you win;
After two weeks, (Depends how much interest, might be a week), I'll check this thread. Those that have their ticket visible, I'll write down. Pull about 3 - 5 names out of a really nice little draw string bag I have, and those will win. Then I give you a banner to match your ticket prize. That easy.
You most likely won't have to wait long for your prize, because I'll make a banner, then splice your ticket from it.
Questions, Questions, Questions
No doubt there will be a few questions asked, I've come up with the most likely ones, and answered them ahead of time.
[*] I don't have a spouse, but I am on the family tree. Can I still enter? Yes. You may chose a character, that has not been claimed as a spouse, and enter with that. This is fun for everyone on the family tree after all.
[*] Do I have to use my ticket/icon? If you want your prize, yes. But, you don't have to use it for the whole time period of the competition. As long as your ticket is visible when I do the drawing, you still have a chance.
[*] What happens if I don't win? You have your ticket as a consolation prize. Knowing me, and how much of a soft touch I am, I'll probably cave in a couple of days, and PM you your prize anyway.
