Hi!

I just decided to check in after several years of absence (became a member in 2011 but wasn't active for more than a short time, unfortunately...). Are there still people left on the forum? ^^ Seems pretty quiet but I see some new posts here and there...

Glad you decided to come on back!

There are a dozen or so members who still get on regularly. Definitely not quite what it was back in the day but we have a great group of people here.

I've been here a long time and seen a lot of good people come and go. We have always had great people on this forum, I just wish there were still more of them.

Hope to see you around! If you ever have any questions, need help with anything, or wanna chat and/or RP or whatever, feel free to PM or start a new thread!

There are maybe on a good day a dozen folk who are active or semi-active here.
Half of those are members who have joined in 2017!
Its good to see people take the time to come by and say hi.

Hi Andúril! Welcome back!

I’m one of the 2017 newbies Hanasían mentioned above, but as is the case with the other JRRT site I’m active on (as are some others here) I’m always happy about returnees. :)

Well, yes, it has been a bit since “Battle of the Five Armies” the film. Tenuously I would guess that those still here tend more towards the books than the films.

Yes indeed! It is a nice community here. I would love to see you around the boards. It is always nice to have another Tolkien fan to chat, RP, or just good off with o line. ;)

Yes! Yay! It is a reason to celebrate when an old member returns again! I echo what Jaz says! I myself have only been semi-active here for about ten years, having managed several hundred posts by the beginning of this year. Then I gto active.

I'll hopefully have the time to stay! Time tends to run out between battling my studies :karate: and everything else. Chemistry is no easy game :swoon:

... speaking of studies, I wonder how Elenthari is doing. She was a medical student and was studying her specialist schooling in Neurology and is supposed to graduate in January. Likely quite busy to drop in.
