I want to buy property in the UAE for investment. Any tips for beginners? I read that foreigners are allowed to buy property in the UAE. However, there are certain location restrictions. According to them, foreigners can only purchase real estate in specific places called freehold zones. The majority of them are located in Dubai.

The legal process for buying property is different for foreigners. As far as I know non-residents usually need approval from the respective emirate's Land Department to buy property. You'll also need to check the property's title and ensure all necessary approvals are in place. I want to buy property at Villanova community here https://everhomes.ae/community/villanova/, it is a blend of style and comfort, with residential buildings ranging from 1-4-bedroom apartments to luxurious 3 and 4-bedroom duplexes. This is high-end living with leisure attractions. When it comes to buying property having a local lawyer or real estate agent can be very helpful.

These are my tips: Stay away from Damac For long term, Haus&Haus is a good management company Off plan or ready apartments Start with Dubai Hills, imo 6-7%
