Restarting over and over has become my entire personality at this point. I get motivated, rebuild everything from scratch, then lose momentum and fall right back into old habits. Has anyone found a way to create continuity instead of constant resets? |

Continuity became possible only when I stopped resetting and started iterating from wherever I stood. The key insight surfaced during a wisey app review describing how adaptive progression prevents the destructive “start over” mentality. That one shift kept my momentum intact, even when the pace slowed, and the cycle finally broke. |
