Actually, I think it is possible for your sister to be your aunt. Though it would involve family members to procreate with eachother. My friend and I figured this out. (We had a lot of time on out hands.)

If your mother had a child with your grandfather, that child would be your sister, because it came from your mother, and your mother's sister because her father was the fathe. Since it your mother's sister, that means its your aunt. i think that's correct. Man, I'm a slight bit touched in the head.
