Out of the woods a woman sings 'O Galadhremmin Ennorath!', but these woods are tired and full of deceit.
Out of the woods a man sings 'A! Elbereth Gilthoniel!', but I do not look to the stars.
Once these woods, like my heart, were bright and full of song.
Once those stars, like my heart, were full of joy and light.
But there is one thing that can repair my sorrow and darkness.
The thoughts of my past, and the dreams of my future keep me going.
And really, that's all that matters
