I just entered a poetry contest, I entered this poem and it got chosen as one of the 10 to be published. I don't know how cuz it is the worst poem ever so lets see what you think. And don't worry if you say that it's horrible it won't hurt my feelings or anything because I think the exact same thing. Memory Lane I walk down memory lane, as i notice the falling rain. I think of the times I've spent, making my life a bigger dent. I've laughed, I've cried, I've told the truth, and I've lied. I've made friends, and I've lost friends. I looked into so many eyes, I've touched so many guys. I've seen myself experience death, And I've I've seen my friends go through family death. And now as I walk down memory lane, I am noticing the falling rain. I no longer thank of the times I've spent, Only making my life a bigger dent. |
